Gary o'Neill is nothing short of excellent. Always cordial, pleasant and always excellent with our carpets. From pet stains on our couch, to cleaning our rugs, to getting nasty stains of our kitchen counter stools, always professional, helpful and an all around great guy. Highly recommend.
