Branch manager Hector was amazing. He assisted me immediately and made sure his bankers took care of me. I walked out so happy and all my services were fixed. Hector made sure all my needs were covered and assured all my issues were fixed. They even followed up to make sure all my account were ok. This staff is topTier world class service,

Called ahead to ask if they notarize prenuptial agreements. They said yes. Even put me on hold to ask the manager and made me make an appointment. Went in for my appointment and they said they don't notarize these. It was a boilerplate agreement any notary could notarize. Big waste of time driving there. I would not have cared if they had just told me on the phone that they couldn't do this -- rather than confirm yes and make me schedule an appointment. I went to another PNC branch without an appointment and they notarized it. I wouldn't waste your time at this branch.

Pretended to be calling to just check in. But the next day, I was linked to a credit collection agency. Didn’t realize regular banks misled like that. My account is with the credit card, not a local branch which is why I was confused they were calling me. They already had my number, which was the whole point of the call, so mystifying to me why the charade. Disappointing. False friendliness.

My experience over many years at this branch of PNC has consistently been very good. The reps are always able to help me with the transaction or assistance with special situations. I have never seen anyone else having a problem. So, I don't understand the negative reviews, unless someone has "an axe to grind" for a personal reason. I guess there may be exceptions, but chill out folks.

The only reason I gave it one star is because of one unprofessional rep who rudely started talking about herself asking for apartment referrals instead of helping my boyfriend open an account.I had to politely redirect her to what we initially came there for. Please train this inexperience rep to stick to business and assist customers instead of thinking about what she needs help with finding an apartment. Very unprofessional .

Very unhelpful, especially Fatek, who seemed to be in charge. Went to deposit a check made out to "cash" and they put up all kinds of obstacles.

Horrible customer service .....after being a loyal PNC bank customer for close to 35 years I will be leaving the bank due to the TERRIBLE customer service at this branch. Please note the telephone customer service is great.
