Ana is an amazing barber. The 1 star is for the scheduling. It is not first come first serve. You can “check in” online, get to the store and be next up, and then anyone can walk in and cut you if they checked in online before you, regardless of how long you have been waiting in the shop. I checked in 3 times today, was cancelled by their automated system after 20 minutes each time, got to the store and immediately was bumped to a 2 hour wait because a father and his 2 kids walked in after me. There is no way to secure your spot in line and I can count on 3 hands how many times I’ve arrived to the shop “next up” and ended up getting bumped to a close to 2 hour wait. It’s not a fair system and incredibly frustrating and makes it hard to be a loyal customer. Ana is amazing and I just moved, drove a half hour to see her, and left because I was the only one in the shop, next up after the man Ana was working on, and just got bumped to a 94 minute wait which is unacceptable. So here I am frustratingly writing this review in the parking lot, and I will now never come back. They need to figure out a fair check in system that 1. Doesn’t cancel your reservation after 20 minutes and 2. Doesn’t penalize you for arriving early just because someone checked in before you online, leaving you waiting for potentially hours. This has happened so many times at this point which is why I am officially done with this place. What a huge disappointment. Ana deserves better.

same price for a 4 minute buzz cut with no special “mvp” services as somebody who gets a 30 minute haircut with the bells and whistles
