Never thought I’d review a post office but the people who work here are honestly so nice and helpful!! I’ve been to sooo many post offices where the workers seem so mean and disgruntled but I always leave this post office smiling :)

I came before work one morning right at 8:03am and the woman working was all set and ready to go. They had cute stamp options and I’d definitely go again.

I just wanted to show my appreciation to the lady that I believe her name was Melinda, beautiful person, very patient and extremely helpful, she spent 20 minutes to help me with my issues.I wish I could give her more than five stars!!

This post office is great. Postmaster linda is great and her clerk Nilesh is great. They are very friendly and do a great job serving their customers. I highly recommend this post office for all your mailing and shipping needs. Pluckemin post office is a 5 star post office.

I just left the bedminster post office. The clerk named Diane was so beyond rude it was shocking. There was one other customer there preparing his mail so there was no line. I walked up to the counter and asked her how to extend my mail forward status she gave me a form to fill out as she bashed the post office down the street for being lazy. (I went there first but they could not help me) Bedminster is a bigger post office so I thought it best to go there. As I was filling out the form she said it takes 2 weeks to go into effect I said I need it immediate so this won't work. She seemed bothered helping me but thetold me to hold my mail. My phone was on silent so my watch starting vibrating with a call I looked down to hit the ignore butte and she freaked out and threw a yellow hold card at me to fill out. She I assume thought I was using my phone I'm not sure but she stormed off. I stood in shock as the man behind me said everyone has issues with her. She is rude. I asked for the manager he was very kind. I believe he helped me but I will be filing a formal complaint.
