I loved this place when I first transferred my prescriptions here. Jeff was exceptionally helpful. Things changed however over the months since. My orders are never filled on time, everything started taking longer and longer. Today was the final straw. I ordered a prescription a week ago but it had to be re-upped by my doctor. The pharmacy knew I am about to leave on a week+ vacation. After numerous calls between the pharmacy and the doctor, the prescription was refilled. However, upon calling to see if they were ready, I was informed the meds are out of stock. Go here if you want your designer chocolate and overpriced knick-knacks. Find a real pharmacy if you want to actually take your meds as directed!

Valley Pharmacy is amazing! Their staff is so knowledgeable with vitamins and supplements etc. Everyone is extremely supportive and eager to help you achieve your best results! I have been going there for years, I highly recommend going there!!!

This is what a pharmacy should be. Small, pleasant, friendly, well staffed, personal and professional. None of the unprofessional and understaffed unpleasantness of the nearby chain pharmacy.

From Jim, to Inga, Jeff, Zack, Joe, Deb and anyone else I have forgotten...they are all wonderful and surely go out of their way to help and with a smile on top of it! They are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help with questions etc. My friendly Bedminster Pharmacy. Nice selection of products, organic food and even gifts and cards. Then I go to Fresh Market for food, UPS to drop off a package, and sometimes Panatieries for a pizza All in 1 location. Perfect!

Staff are super friendly. I get my cat’s seizure medication here. They compound it for me, because my cat has a specific uncommon dose. They allow me to mail them my prescriptions, and they mail my medication to my vet, making things super easy.

My service dog was diagnosed with Collapsed Trachea and given an Rx which was hard to fill. I had such a difficult time finding a Pharmacy with compounding services. This place handled the entire process superbly! The pharmacists are all very pleasant and extremely communicative; even when things got a bit confusing for me... Today would be the 3rd time they've filled an Rx and each time was pleasant. Don't confuse some of the staff (who can use some positive customer relations training) with the actual pharmacy staff. The pharmacists are awesome! They even called the Dr. to expedite and order so I could have my furbaby's Rx during vacation. With a calm and confident voice, "we don't want you to worry, we will get this done for you" And, with that, my anxiety was eased (again)...

The pharmacist here went absolutely above and beyond for my fiancé who had a mishap with his inhaler prescription when we had just moved to Bedminster and we were first time customers. We are now both loyal to this pharmacy. Every time we continue to come back here to friendly faces and amazing customer service!

So incredibly grateful for this pharmacy! I was looking for a medication for my dog that seemed difficult to find. I called many pharmacies who all told me they don't carry it. I stopped into Valley Pharmacy and they were able to fill it for me right then and there! I highly recommend them for your pharmacy needs. The store itself is very clean, has a lot of interesting finds. Thanks again for helping my old girl Peppa Pig get her medicine today!!

Great customer service. Have a question? Ask Jim, owner and pharmacist. A little on the expensive side but better than going to a chain.

I just started going to Valley Pharmacy. I can't say enough good things. The pharmacist is wonderful, the staff is pleasant and maybe there is one person in line waiting. A much better alternative to the big chain pharmacy nearby. If I need a script in the future, I will definitely go to Valley. It feels good to support a small business who employs people who care.

I was just asked to leave because i am not wearing a mask. Never shop here ever. Buy the way Wallgreens and CVS don't ask me to wear a mask. This is why I switched from Apple phone to Samsung. I can walk the mall no mask but the Apple store is in its own hub of protection. I am dome
