Our family had an appointment scheduled for 5:30PM today at the Bedminster Verizon store. Celeste saw us immediately and spent the next two and a half hours upgrading our phones, transferring data for both kids and my husband and I while keeping everyone (especially the kids) busy and happy. I am not sure we have ever had that level of service. I think most people dread upgrading and/or changing phones but this experience could not have been better. We will never go anywhere else and cannot say enough good things.

They said it would be a little while, after 45 min, I then ask when it going to be my time, they say 30 min more.
If the wait to be serviced is that long, they need to state it from the start.
Totally unacceptable to make people wait for that long without any heads up.
I had to leave so never got any services.

Celeste is the best, put her skills to the test and switch to Verizon Wireless in Bedminster. Whatever you do, do NOT switch to Xfinity Mobile. It was 3 months of lies and inconvenience.
