“Brought my 7x16 Enclosed a trailer in for some Maintenance. Ali and Don are first class . Extremely friendly . Maintenance was done within 1 day as promised. I was not able to pick up before closing time yet they made an exception for me and took payment over the phone and left the trailer parked outside as requested . If you are looking for a place to buy or get your trailer serviced , look no further . Middletown Trailer supply is the Right choice .”
“Should be 5 stars but here’s why its not
The good:
Amazing responsiveness, very friendly, knowledgeable about the cars, fairly quick sales process.. bonus: they offered to buy me dinner because we were there late
The not so good:
Apparently this dealership requires you to have your car insured and bonded BEFORE leaving. I was not made aware of this and so I drove two hours to be told I couldn’t leave with the car. I was on the phone over an hour trying to get ahold of my insurance company, but they were closed. They did finally agree to pay for temporary coverage for me so I could get everything switched over the next day.
I am grateful they paid for the insurance but if that was an option I wish they would have started with that instead of having me on the phone forever with my insurance company.
Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again, but if your first time make sure you contact your insurance before they close for the day!”

“best auto body on staten island and anywhere that i’ve ever dealt with o e. John the owner and his staff are very professional, super helpful and outright just nice. John knows the industry well and answers all your questions with ease. He makes an awful process much more bearable. As I never feel like i’m being ripped off. He is an honest guy and the quality of the work his staff does is impeccable. Over the years my husband and I have had a few minor accidents until recently my car got totaled in a tire blow out (yes a tire blowout) no one was hurt or god forbid killed but it was scary and the damage was bad. John and his staff made things a lot easier. I would recommend this shop to anyone”

“I don’t have the words to express how incredible this shop is, especially Kayla. I stopped in to get an estimate for damage caused by a valet. The valet service refused to cover the repairs, and Kayla encouraged me to contact them again. Unfortunately, they were even worse the second time around.
Kayla had asked me to keep her updated, so I did. Even though the repairs were going to be expensive, she went out of her way to help me find solutions I could live with, saving me a huge amount of money. I honestly don’t know how to repay her for her kindness, patience, and huge heart.
