SHE WAS AWESOME.. she went above and beyond to run my insurance info. She called me with her findings. . finally I called my insurance and they had a generic that was the same so my doctor recalled in a new prescription and Anna called to tell me all is well! Thank you Walgreens for having such a helpful employee!!”

“There just aren't enough wonderful things to say about this place. When compared to other pharmacies it's not even close. For instance, I spent over 20 minutes on hold today with CVS just to confirm they had a specific medication in stock because they would have been on the way to another spot in needed to drive to. Instead of waiting any longer I hung up on CVS, called Little Silver Family Pharmacy (LSFP), immediately connected with someone who confirmed their inventory, and then I drove out of my way to go there instead. They're just that worth it. The store pharmacist even helped me with some questions I had and didn't make me feel rushed or uncomfortable about my inquiries. I also noticed that prescription costs are comparable if not cheaper than big name pharmacies anyway, so have switched my whole family to using LSFP instead of CVS and Rite Aid. And this is all without considering their general store - which is awesome! There are so many options there for typical, everyday needs but it's also a great place to go for gifts, too. I'm very thankful we have this resource nearby.”

“This place saved my and my daughters life! Our family had a strep throat outbreak (3 kids and 2 adult)... thanks a lot kids... and there just so happen to be an antibiotic shortage at all Walgreens and cvs locations on Staten Island at the time. I didn’t want to wait another day since I and my daughter was starting to run fever and chills ! Both cvs and Walgreens said it would be available in two days !! How in the h$@& do you expect a 1yo and grown adult have a fever and chills for two days !? We called 7 pharmacies in total. I wish we called this place first because not only did they have both medications we needed they got us in and out in less than 15min!! If you need help, support this amazing small business and check out their cute places.”

“This place is amazing! Top notch amazing customer service with pharmacists and staff who go above and beyond to help their customers. I have been using CVS pharmacy due to my insurance coverage and they NEVER seem to have my medications in stock or answer their phones, so when I found out Colts Neck Pharmacy was in network I gave them a call. Right away they were able to check that my medication was in stock and told me what I needed to do to get the RX transferred to them. There was a few issues with cvs sending the wrong RX and then my insurance blocking the order, but the Pharmacy called me every step of the way and even texted me updates. They were able to work with my insurance and fill my RX within a few hours. I'm highly impressed and thankful to this Pharmacy. I highly recommend this Pharmacy to anyone and I definitely plan to continue using them!”

You read the headline just like the folks who call you by name Right. It is on your nametag.One more quick thing is to ask someone as you walk in deliberatel looking lost. Maam do you shop here all the time? Do you know if they have fresh made deli sandwiches? In the right back next to the deli. Thank you.Tonic water in the soda aisle and you are on the way out.The premade roast beef and provolone on potato bread was fresh and a real treat for the first time this summer. As for the drink... it is gin and tonic season but since the quinine is a prescription, I go with liter that has zero sugar added. Bonus I get lime for the flavor and keep it at whole 20 calories in the liter. Double bonus it was all in just one ten minute stop! Just so you know the quinine kills all the viruse guys that can kill you thses days. CheersJust this... It is a guy shoping thing, you ask where can I get the two things I need as fast as possible with just one STOP & SHOP. Duh. Got to there in time to catch the launch ride with the race committee. Does ot get any better? Roll your eyes but we are able to do the in and out thing cause you got the kids and the long shopping list before... one more thing. Honey the grocerys are in the sun in the car and I need (would really like) you to bring them in please. Yep warrants a please. just do it. Smile.Significant others you really are supposed to laugh.”

Their pharmacy manager Jessica and her staff always go out of the way to serve their customers in an efficient way and they are super friendly and knowledgeable. Jessica always takes her time to explain details about the medications you are prescribed . On a few occasions when my Dr was changing my meds . she noticed that I am prescribed medications for the same condition and made sure that I am aware to discontinue earlier prescribed medication. Also , they are great with their communication and constantly make you aware of the status of your order. Overall top notch service, highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone!”
