My insurance has changed over the past few years. Many of my prescriptions are no longer available through the current provider. The collaboration between my physicians and this pharmacy have been able to substitute medicines when needed. Perhaps it will be more streamlined when I go on MEDICARE. We shall see. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and really cares—they take time to explain meds, help with insurance, and even do free blood pressure checks. Free delivery across the island is a huge plus (quick and reliable—no extra hassle), and they've handled my refills and vaccines smoothly. Only reason not 5 stars is it can get a little busy during peak hours with short waits, but the personal service beats chains every time. 4 stars—highly recommend switching from CVS!”

When our child got sick — really sick, the kind of scary sick that happens at the worst possible times Stan didn’t refuse to do some extra work to find and order important medications. He was amazingly patient and actually listened , making sure we can get what our child needed, in the shortest time possible.
He has this rare and genuine kindness in him. More than once he’s gone above and beyond to help us track down something that was out of stock, suggested alternatives when needed, and followed up to make sure everything was okay.
As a parent, knowing this pharmacy is in my corner means everything. When you’re scared for your child’s health, you need someone you can trust completely — and Stan is exactly that person.

“I am usually a happy shopper when I go to this store. I have no problems finding what I’m looking for and everything is usually fresh. However, my last experience left me extremely disappointed! The white turnips which are cut from turnip greens were not fresh, wrinkled and drying up. They should have been removed!
The bakery prices can’t get any higher!!! I purchased the apple turnovers which have increased in price. I think they used one apple for the batch. I am not exaggerating when I say that I had one to three pieces of apple in each of my turnovers. The flavor is excellent but they lack apples.
Lastly each time that I have approached the females at the customer service desk, I found her/or them, to be lazy and unhelpful. They don’t even want to bother explaining an answer to a question, let alone resolve a problem!!
So my complaint and request is that they put some apples in the turnovers and get better customer service representatives that act like they want to be there and are helpful!!!!”
