“I have been dealing with John for quite a few years and have bought 5 or 6 cars from him. Each one of those cars have never given me a bit of trouble - I just got tired of them, and one was totaled in an accident lol. The car I had before my current car (Saturn Hybrid, bought from John) was still working fine but I decided I wanted something a bit bigger with a bit more power, so after looking on Preferred’s website nothing really interested me. I messaged John about what I was looking for and he told me he would find it for me, which he did. An absolutely mint Nissan Rogue SL. I’ve had the Rogue now for almost two years and have not had to put a penny into it other than routine oil changes and a new battery.
The moral of this ramble is that if you are looking for a reliable high quality used car, go see John at Preferred Motor Cars. You’ll pay a fair price with none of the undisclosed bs “fees” that other car dealers try to get away with.
Oh, one more thing - I gave the Saturn to my daughter who drove it for another year before she decided to get a bigger car for herself! Also bought from John!”
“The best place to buy your car I'm sure, my fiancé and I were attended by the attendant Wallace! It was 5:30pm and I made the call because my car broke down and we were without a car, I called and explained my situation and said I needed a car because I needed it urgently for my work the next day! He waited for us and made the sale, car with warranty, gave his best to serve us, we left the dealership without any doubt and with the car. The service was done even after the closing time, he explained everything to us very well, helped us call the insurance to add me to Policy and waited for us to go home to get the payment! I'm really satisfied with our purchase and even more so with the service! We entered there desperately wanting help and left with the resolution of the problem! “This is the Only Used Car Dealer I would ever buy a car or SUV from. I am a return customer. A few years back I bought a 2005 Jeep. I drove that Jeep for years and never had a problem. I needed another used SUV and I stoped by and John the owner was very nice. He showed me his SUVs in stock and I saw a Mint Low miles 2011 Mazda CX9 Grand Touring truck. So I bought it. John as usual installed new brakes and rotors and a fresh oil change. When I picked up the truck there was New Plates and NY State inspection. The SUV was Cleaned and Detailed. Even the Engine was cleaned and Detailed. John gives you 60 Days Warranty. Nobody gives that. Can’t say enough nice things about John and his Customer Service. Thank You John for making this experience so nice and easy.
