I had a cb2 fed ex label return on my phone, after submitting a request for a return label online.
I went to this Walgreens FedEx onsite location at 7:00 pm a Monday, and was met by a male, cis, straight employee was incapable of meeting my request. I asked him multiple times, do you have a printer? Yes. Can I use it? “I can’t.” He repeated, “I can’t” over and over and over and would not articulate, or explain why he couldn’t scan my very clear and visible print out.
It’s 2024 everything is done digitally, like the label creation for this return.
This type of stupidity ie their customer service strategy is appalling, and makes me scared for the future of America. Ngl.

Went there at 8am at the time it says there open but they weren’t open yet so I waited 10-15 mins but I went back and they still went open. If it says it’s open at 8am, open at 8am. The workers here are lazy.

I came across Walgreens on 1 Fitzgerald drive, due to the need of my son’s Medication. Not all pharmacies carry his medication, and I was advised by my son's doctor office to go to a chain pharmacy. I was very big on not going to a chain pharmacy for many different reasons, but one of the main reasons was because of the customer service. They tend to just see you as a number and not really give you that personalized experience that makes you feel they genuinely care. This Pharmacy and staff have been the total opposite and have changed my perspective of " chain Pharmacies " completely. The staff in this pharmacy are very professional and genuinely care about their customers. Wish I knew the names to the pharmacists, but every time I have had the chance to speak to them shows me how professional, and educated they are. They are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. Sometimes I’ve had them check me out, which simply shows they are team players and work as a team to give me the service I need. I have been helped several times by Janette, she is very attentive and efficient with her work. Unlike chain pharmacies, I feel they are always willing to answer any questions regarding my prescription and is simply the small details that personalizes my experience. Thank you for your help and for preparing my son's Medication !

The least efficient, least professional pharmacy in New Jersey. Every single interaction with these people is like it’s their first time filling a prescription. Horrible business hours, and slower than molasses. Choose any other pharmacy than this

My doctor called in a prescription to Walgreens, Belford, that my insurance didn’t cover.. I called and spoke to Anna in the pharmacy.. SHE WAS AWESOME.. she went above and beyond to run my insurance info. She called me with her findings. . finally I called my insurance and they had a generic that was the same so my doctor recalled in a new prescription and Anna called to tell me all is well! Thank you Walgreens for having such a helpful employee!!

First and foremost, the manager with the blue hair needs to learn how to speak to employees- and she needs to learn how to speak to them in front of customers. I’m starting to realize why employees don’t last at the place. To be clear- the new cashier held his composure better than I ever could, because if someone was to speak to me with that type of rude behavior- I would bark right back.Back story, the cashier was clearly new. If something pops up on the register that says “call manager”- and he says- hey can I press OK, it says call manager.you reply with demoralizing sarcasm “no- it means call manager- I’ll be there in a minute”Then, literally leave us both hanging for what felt like forever but was really about 4 minutes, just for you to approach and say nasty “well you could have rung her up what’s wrong with you”First of all, you didn’t tell him that that was OK. You were nasty and you told him to wait he was simply following your instruction. What you should’ve said was: that just means it’s a cash pick up, you can go ahead and take her. I will be there shortly. That’s what a good leader would’ve done, so maybe you should check your skills a little bit and start to realize that maybe that’s why you never have employees.I honestly wasn’t barest for him. But he was very mature and handled it very well because I’m not sure I would’ve kept my mouth shut if I work there…Awful. Not to mention the blonde- she’s always so miserable. What goes on in that place? How awful are the managers that the cashiers are so miserable all the time?

My daughter asked me to pick up a bag of cottonballs for a school project about 945 on a Wed night. So I went to Wallgreens in Belford. I got there around 950. When I walked in I was greeted by a young man who asked if I needed help with anything. I told him what I was looking for and he walked me over to the cottonballs. Once we got to the counter to check out I realized I didn't have my wallet in me. I told this young man I can be back in 10 minutes with the money but he then swiped his own card to to take care of the transaction. I am so grateful for this act of kindness. This young man's name is Nicholas and I am so grateful that he was kind enough to do this!! When I came back to the store shortly afterwards I met his mother who was waiting to take him home. I told her what Nicholas did for me. Very greatdul!!

Does your company employ a property management company? I only ask because I've seen abandoned buildings with better landscaping. You're company is a true disgrace to our neighborhood!
