“LINDA DAWSON IS AN AMAZING REALTOR AND PERSON.She is very strong and experienced but most of all she is realistic. Before we listed our home Linda insisted we decide where exactly we were planning to move to. She knew I had cancer and she realized the worst thing you can do is take a family out of a home and leave them homeless with no plan. She kindly removed our listing when we couldnt find a home to move into. She did have her moments but honestly she does put her clients best interest FIRST exactly as she claims to. Thank you, Linda. You made us realize the goodness of some realtors.”
“Having worked with Lauren Adams previously, we knew we were putting the sale of our house in good hands. From the beginning, her suggested listing price was exactly right. Lauren is attentive and thorough, a strong advocate for her clients. As an out-of-State seller, we relied on Lauren far more than many people. She handled our long-time tenant with finesse and oversaw scheduling of numerous showings. When the property sold, Lauren went out of her way to attend inspections and help in any way that she could. She successfully handled contentious negotiations between the buyer and seller during the sale process. She made sure that everything was on track from the tenant’s move out date to ensuring the property was ready for the walk through and closing. She is personable, professional and a capable agent who we wouldn’t hesitate to use again.”
“Always on top of everything and got us a number of great offers too!
Mark did an excellent job selling our home (actually, this is the second one he's sold for us)! From the initial discussions about things we should do and didn't need to do, to finding the right price point, to working with the other agents all the way through closing, Mark made the experience easy. Along with Marla and the rest of the team, we felt like we were truly taken care of and could go to them with any questions or comments. It was great experience from start to finish.”
“We could not have been more thrilled with the experience of working with Corcoran Sawyer Smith in general, and Richele Lieboff in particular. We were familiar with Corcoran overall, as have know some of their team and services in the New York City market; that gave us immediate comfort with the firm and their deep market knowledge. Richele fully leveraged Corcoran's resources throughout the process with us, and coupled it with her expertise in our market. From the first consultation about how the process would work, what to expect, how to prepare, and the like, we felt extremely well supported with Richele, and that continued through the close and wrap-up steps.
One of the most important things Richele guided us to do was a pre-listing inspection with the most finicky inspector in our market. That was a game changer, as we had a detailed idea of what to repair, tweak, or adjust to give us the best shot at a quick and seamless sale process. We lived in an area with well and septic, and that brought a level of complexity to the process, including various inspections, surprises, and decisions. Richele expertly guided us through that, advised us on our options, and always knew several trusted experts with whom to connect us. They clearly trusted Richele, so we consistently got quick responses and follow through.
Pricing is always a tricky issue, and we felt completely out of our depth to know how to handle that. This is an area where Richele drew on the broader Corcoran team and research to both guide us and educate us on the rationale behind the number. It felt like three-dimensional chess rather than just throwing out a number to see how it would go, with a thoughtful consideration of not only what prospective buyers may think, but also the interrelationship with other recent, current, and anticipated listings in the area. We gained tremendous appreciation for the value of a sound pricing strategy.
The listing itself blew us away, from the description of our home to the incredible photographs that had a different quality to them than many others we have seen. That was a clear sign that Richele's commitment to uncompromising quality, from the obvious things to the small details. The overall vibe was "let's do this right, let's be honest and up front about everything, let's not skimp on the details, and let's get you the quickest, highest value offer we can." On all fronts mission accomplished.
We were also impressed with Richele's depth of relationships with other realtors and different players throughout the listing, sale, and closing processes. Need a good attorney? Check. Need to navigate the black hole of inspections and permits in our Township? Check. Need a trusted handyman who will do great work in a jiffy? Check. Any time we had a question, needed a resource, or wanted to understand the who/how/why of a step, Richele had an answer we could trust.
Overall, we went from the initial listing to a seamless close very quickly. We are extremely satisfied with the sale price, we're thrilled to know that the right buyer can now make our former house their new home, and we can now look forward to our next chapter with gratitude.”
“I hired Avallon Real Estate Group to list one of our renovated projects. Chris and his team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. I was overwhelmed with how many offers they received on the condo and impressed with how organized they presented the information. The closing process was seamless, and his team was very responsive. I would recommend Chris and his team because they are honest, ethical, communicative, and well-organized throughout the entire process.”
“As the executor of my parent's estates, I ended up with the task of selling the house they built in Bridgewater in 1968 and lived in until their deaths. Like many old folks, they stopped taking good care of the property some years ago. Johanna and Sandy made a great team; Johanna had a lot of conviction we could list and sell the house for $100k more than 2 other experienced brokers estimated (we sold it at less than a 3% discount to list price) and Sandy helped me get the house ready to list by bringing in a great handyman, an electrical firm to help us close an open permit, a well water inspector, and several contractors to repair or replace a number of things that were not working properly. As much as we did, the buyer's inspectors identified a lot of other things that had to be remediated or replaced; it turned out the house needed a lot of more work than we had thought. Sandy coordinated half a dozen licensed contractors and was at the property almost every day for 3 weeks to make sure we got all the work done to satisfy the buyer and stay within our tight timeframe for closing. She remained calm, practical and organized, and she spoke to me almost daily. She did all of that with an eye on expense but with an erring sense of integrity. I was 350 miles away and did not visit the property once from day it was listed until it closed. If you are responsible for an estate sale of an old home that needs a good bit of work done to be salable, I highly recommend the Johanna-Sandra team. I have engaged a dozen real estate agents over the years in four different states on both the buy and sell sides and I can honestly say even the best of them could not have done what they did on my behalf. They provided value way above and beyond their commission.”
“Doug's team came recommended to us for our new home search. After 10 months of searching, we finally found a home in this chaotic market with Doug's help! He was patient with us for the 10 months of searching and was always willing to hop on the road to bring us to showings/tours. Communication was honest, clear and easy to understand from start to finish. We recommend RE/MAX InStyle!”
