“I had two BMWs in the past and initially took them to the dealership for service. When I needed my brakes done and they quoted me 1,600 I looked for a foreign auto shop to get them done. I googled and found ROCS. I called made an appointment and took my car in only to pay half of the dealership cost. Any work done always saved me money and I had no problem paying because of the kind customer service (IDK what others are talking about) and quality of the work. My son needs work done on his Audi and I couldn't remember where I took my Beemers because it's been a few years. Racked my brain and remembered ROCS. Hopefully he will call and be as satisfied as I was. Sometimes things happen, shops get busy and there could be a delay. In my opinion it's not a reflection of the work they do.”

Getting out there may be a moment where u know u can't make a left as u will hir a car so keep straight in the no go zone. There was a cop n I informed him that I did try to make a left but there's a car in the corner so chose to take this lane. He understood. All good.”
“I am COO of Mikes Service Center in belleville and I deal with PA everyday I buy a ton of parts and supplies from them and there very respectful on point and prices are fair I reccomend for any business customer service is great I had a problem with a parts delivery person at my shop and made a phone call to complain and I never seen that person again and they took care of the issue asap if I need a part very quick they pull it and I pick up and they have it in stock 90 percent of the time very good and the online app saves a ton of time and you can see inventory if they got it or where the part is and how long it will take very convenient when you have limited amount of time and shop bays it makes life easy you can't go wrong with PA this is a five star review and a thank you...”

“After a deer decided to run into my CR-V on the highway, I was pretty devastated. I searched for reputable body shops in my area and stumbled upon Lido.
Am I glad I decided to use their services! This shop is the real deal! After dropping my car off, I was immensely pleased when they called me a day later to tell me that the parts were on the way and the vehicle would be ready the following week. I was ready to pick up my vehicle when John called and apologized profusely because he didn't realize that an alignment had also been authorized (apparently it usually is not) and he was prioritizing the work so I would still have the vehicle that day!
The car looks brand new! I can't believe it.
The people are all very professional and pleasant in their interactions, the shop is clean and organized (I actually walked through), and the work is guaranteed for the life of the car.
