The store manager is one of the worst. Using his power to threaten people. My kids called to see their application and he wants to come with attitude and disrespectful towards my kids and then to me. His name is Sherman Quinton. Autozone needs to do better in hiring people or they need to watch how their employees talk to their customers. This is outrageous! Coming to him calmly and he wants to get hostile and disrespectful and using his job level to threaten and say if he wants he can break the applications and do whatever he wants because he is the store manager. Absolutely horrible. Yall need to do way better. Completely disappointed!

I forget his name, but big boy is really helpful. I came in twice and his customer service is top notch. He helped me saved money on my purchase and guided me throughout the process.

I needed a new battery and I have always gone to Autozone for this because of the free battery installation. But this place has horrible customer service. Big guy behind the desk is just so lazy and has all the other employees doing everything. I had one of the other employees who was polite check my battery and as I imagine it was no good. When I went inside to pay and have them change find a new battery the this big guy sitting laying in a chair refused to have anyone change my battery. Said it was because of safety of the employees. Apparently the weather was permitting. Mind you it was just flurries outside and it only lasted 10minutes. The floor didn't even get wet and the sun was out. I was just asking him if he was serious because I seriously couldn't believe it. He said it was for the safety of his employees. This was just absolutely ridicules. He seemed too lazy to even speak. I ended going to Advanced Auto Parts where the guy helped me and said the weather was fine and was not a problem and was only about 3blocks down from Autozone.

This is a good store to go to get car parts I just got a battery for my car ? that I got it 3 years ago and they said that it was under warranty so I got it for nothing now thank you for your help

The store hours say 7:30am - 10:00pm. I stood outside in the cold in front watching the store employees walking around after 7:40 am while the doors were still locked. Wow. Lol. The worker’s name that watched me stand outside while the store was locked after it was suppose to be opened is Gary.

I went there for windshield wiper fluid for my BMW. I asked if they had the one for European cars. The guy at the counter said, "It didn't matter." He had no knowledge that European cars use aluminum parts that erode with the American fluid. I'm glad I knew. Stay out of there they have no idea about cars

This AutoZone has always been the most helpful when it came to my needs. Today was no different. The sales associate handled my problem with no accusatory assumptions about the reason for my return. This will be the only AutoZone I go to moving forward. Amazing team!
