My experience with the manager Maty was beyond Excellent!! When I say I had the best customer experience and can suggested to anyone to go to this Bank of America please do. All my questions was answer. On top she toke her time to help me with a personal issues and suggested what could benefit me for me and my family. Thank you Maty.

made an appt to speak to the business loan rep. we were asked to be seated and that loan rep would be right with us. Meanwhile, the loan officer was chit chatting with someone else for about 20 min passed our appt, passed us twice and didn't even acknowledge that we were waiting for her, she knew that we were waiting for her because we were the only ones waiting. we waited until she finally came and asked us if we had made an appt. She had an attitude and was not very helpful and only sat with her for about 2 minutes. she had no interest of helping. Will be going to another bank that is at least willing to help.

The bank admin are racist. The main woman helping just finished talking to a woman with a baby prior to our encounter. She seemed in great spirits, cooing & making mouth sounds to the baby, whilst helping the woman. Her mood went to hell upon greeting me. I am a Black woman, masc presenting. She kept turning all of my genuine questions into arguments. The issue was about collecting bank statements from a closed account, which must be done in person per every customer agent I have spoken to on the phone. I could have said, “But ma’am the sky is blue today?” and she would have replied “No, blue is the sky and water is green.” Following another woman came up to me while the other lady left to get the number I had already called. This new agent further interrogated me about why I was there. I explained to her I didn’t need her help bc another worker was already in the midst of dealing w/ my issue. She was rude and demanded I tell her. I may be Black & Masc, with a hand tat, dressed in dark clothes, but maybe before you think someone’s a thief… just check out there shoes..probably wouldn’t be wearing cheetah crocs.

First visit to Bank of America in Belleville last week . Two tellers working windows. One only taking deposits and the other withdrawals. A little over half hour to be seen at window due to long lines, but I must say that the teller was Very nice and professional and processed our withdrawal within minutes. My husband and I were very pleased with our visit to Bank of America in Belleville. ?

They are the worst possible combination of poor customer service, they pay no interest on any checking account, and it's impossible to get anything resolved. This bank should be reported to the federal reserve for incompetance.

Love the attention I receive at this local Bofa bank, I saw some bad reviews here but all the occasions I’ve been there the bankers that attended me were so nice and comprehensive with me starting to managing my finances and planning to save for college. They gave me the confidence and trust to come again for any concerns and I really appreciated that!

Loved the experience here. I wanted banker's cheque on Monday morning and line was starting to build up. I was out with in 10 mins and thanks to very courteus staff here. Suprisingly better experience than my previous visit to a center in queens.

Ok let me start , last weekend i got to the bank at 159pm and while Matthew wanted to open the door for me, this rude woman said NO. I wasn’t able to have money this weekend, as a result. Mathew deserves to be the MANAGER of this location. he is a hard working, Friendly guy and Very attentive. i Love working with him. He is always very Focused on his Job and professional.
