Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I took my car here with damage to the bumper after an accident and my car now looks flawless. Phenomenal work and was kept in touch throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Great auto body shop!! The car was ready when promised. They did a great job, the car looks brand new. They also cleaned the car in and out, it has not been so clean since I bought the car. Highly recommend Columbus Auto Body!!!

The only reason I didn't give them 4 or 5 stars is because they're only open Monday through Friday and their hours are 8a.m. to 4:30p.m. and for people, like myself, who don't get out of work until 4p.m. and don't even get back home until 4:45p.m.; is literally impossible to make it there unless I leave work early that day which I do not like doing because I need all the money I could possibly get so missing out on an hour doesn't seem like much to the average person but I really can't afford to just throw away $15 or so. I wish that they'd stay open late just one night out of the week. That wouldn't kill them; right? So yeah, they'd get 4 or 5 if they stay open until 5:30-6p.m. one might per week. I don't care which day but having one late might would do wonders for A LOT of people who need to bring their car in for repairs without having to leave work earlier than they'd usually have to. You know what I'm saying 'Columbus Auto Body'? You think you'd be able to actually do that for your damn customers???

They repaired my front bumper after I had an accident. After a few days I realized that the front right fog light was not working I wrote this on my survey instead of calling them. They called me the very next day to come back in to have it repaired. To me that's excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my car to Columbus after I was rear ended. I was worried because the bumper fell off and it looked really bad. I chose them because they were very helpful in guiding me through the process. They kept me informed the whole time. With such a stressful situation, they did a great job at making the whole experience as easy as possible. My car turned out great.
