The store manager Mike (short white man with glasses) refused to blow up graduation balloons. If you sell the balloons and have a helium tank, why wouldn't you do your job?? I guess he thinks because he's a store manager, he shouldn't have to do a cashier's job. Use common sense. If there's a line of customer's down the aisle and you have one cashier running the front end, why wouldn't you take initiative as a STORE MANAGER and help out?? Terrible customer service and this experience sucks because I love DT.

This DT didn't have anything new. I said I had things to exchange when I walked in. The cashier insisted on seeing what I had and to leave my items at the counter. I didn't find what I needed, so I didn't exchange anything.

It was very nice and clean. I came in to get some seasonings and I was in and out in less than 10 mins. The line was moving and the cashier, Juanito, was very pleasant and friendly!! They had some changes on the inside(good thing) and they had some people outside painting nothing like making the establishment look better!!
