HORRIBLE PLACE . The most incompetent workers I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. I went here to file taxes back in April, they never put my return through and left me in the dark for MONTHS not knowing until I showed up in person on 6/17 to their offices, after hours the man claimed that he submitted my claim… it’s now 7/16 and I still have not received my taxes, I just now at 3:18 pm went into their offices just to find out that he also did not submit my claim. UNPROFESSIONAL, HORRIBLE PEOPLE .

This location is extremely unprofessional. I have called and sent multiple messages to my assigned “Tax Pro,” Myriam Ortega, but have never received a response. Today, I had an appointment scheduled with her for 1:30 PM—an appointment she didn’t even remember. I finally got a hold of her at 1:41 PM after calling the office three times. If she was running late, a simple email or message would have been appropriate. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude and was even told I was the one with an attitude. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told no one was available. For the amount I’ve paid to have my taxes prepared, this level of service and treatment is completely unacceptable.

They withheld my documents even after I paid and pushed rates that were unreasonable. Does not give out max refunds, I was able to get a cheaper rate with better returns at a private tax return company.

I met Lourdes Torres, and what a blessing... After having filled out the taxes incorrectly in turbo tax, I spent a lot of time looking for someone to help me fix the error in my 2021 return ABSOLUTELY NO ONE knew how to help me when I say nobody is nobody, not even the turbo people tax, on the contrary, they charged me almost $300 for paperwork that was never right. In September 2022, Lourdes Torres was the only person who could fix the mess I had made, she took 3 hours and I was even embarrassed and she only charged me $90, my taxes arrived in 4 weeks. I definitely recommend it.

I wouldn't choose no other service providers. My tax care provider was great. She made me feel like I was home ?. I was comfortable and at ease. She addressed every detail that was needed. She also let me know how I can get more back. Totally awesome. Giving me suggestions and ideas ? and great feedback. That's my to go to place. I would recommend them to everyone. I was in and out. Business done right without the worry. awesome
