Great customer service delivered.....my coolant was not refilled...one week later my check coolant warning light came on.....had 2 pull over 2 refilled ot 2 prevent overheating my engine.

Yes my experience at the jiffy in washington ave belleville was excellent. The workers where very professional helped me very well with my vehicle did excellent job. They all deserve the very best credit for the work they did. I needed an engine flush and oil change and cabin air filter my car runs great. I will recommend jiffy to anyone who needs car repairs. The cost wasn't bad $223 for everything

I wish to give then 5 stars, but I can't because messed up my day by driving back because they make a mistake during the service they made in my working vehicle that screw up my time work scheduled. the vehicle has specification in door sticker that was not fallow by them.

Do not come to their location,they are so sleeze. They broke the stick that holds the hood up. Then completely denied they did this.said that was from before when a few days prior I had. Someone looks at the car and It was working perfectly fine.they took no responsibility nor did they offer to fix it. On top of it they charged me full price for everything. I didn't realize this had happened until my next oil change that I went elsewhere bc of the waite time here was terrible please stay away

Horrible disrespectful employee named Mike who is slick out of his mouth like the Grease Monkey he is. I hope JIFFY LUBE offers a good vision and dental program ?. Don't go there because they have a bunch of dirt bag lowlifes and cop callers. The comment about vision and dental is because they must be blind because they don't know what they're doing, and they're missing a bunch of teeth like meth heads or crack heads. No further comment. Omerta. ???

Have been a regular customer for some time now, generally had positive interactions with your staff, there have been some concerning instances that I feel compelled to address.On several occasions, I have encountered very pleasant and helpful workers who have provided excellent service. However, there have been other visits where I have experienced dismissive and rude behavior from some of your employees. There are times when I am being completely ignored and encountered condescending attitudes from a few team members. As a customer, I believe clear communication and respectful behavior are crucial components of good customer service. If there are issues with my vehicle or any other concerns, I would appreciate being informed in a courteous manner. There are constructive ways to communicate with customers even when delivering less than ideal news.

Raciest owner told me he was closed at 15 minutes before closing time after the first employee was allowing me in.he came out saying he was closed.
