“Wanted to shout out the associate and carrier who helped me look into a problem today; while the customer facing side is CLOSED FOR SERVICE on weekends (nothing they can do, the system locks them out y’all I didn’t expect to ‘get’ my package today) I absolutely appreciate the kindness and little bit of time it took for them to look into my problem and set in motion a complaint to maybe actually fix it!!
Since Nutley PO says there’s nothing they can do and told me they ‘don’t know, I work at 5 other locations too’: There is a Nutley package carrier marking packages as out for delivery in AM, then marking as attempted delivery without even attempting delivery (I’m waiting on something I have to sign for and I have no slip from said attempt), and then listing the package as AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP at Nutley PO by customer request… but it’s in the Belleville Distro Center. This is the second time in 45 days this has happened to me.
Quite literally it’s not EVERYONE at USPS, but the people who are working hard to do things right have to deal with these people who are the ones actively not doing their jobs, just wanted to say THANK YOU for looking into this 👏✨”
