Yes, instead of ordering from the larger company that apparently uses this small business as a third party, I figured I'd give the local business the order. First, they don't notify you that the order was delivered., I had to call them. Then I could have gotten free shipping from the larger company but instead paid $10 to deliver in the company's own town. But the worst thing is they delivered a different planter from what I ordered, similar but I would never have ordered this one. And I remember seeing a box to check if substitutions were ok and I didn't check it. Obviously won't be ordering from them again

I didn’t want to go through 800Flowers I wanted to give a local business a shot and BRENDA!!! Was great and sweet and super helpful when I called asking for flower arrangement advice for my daughter who was turning 21. I asked if they could be delivered before 7 pm and she received them a few hrs after I placed the order. Her customer service was more than expected. She even called back to ensure my request after I placed the order online.My experience was great and although I do not send flowers often I will call Rose Palace in the future if I need to order another arrangement. I just hope that everyone is as helpful in this company as Brenda was. Thanks so much the flowers are STILL beautiful after 5 days and my daughter loves them. Thanks so much for a great experience.

I used 1800Flowers to send a bouquet for a birthday. I picked a fall theme with a fun vase. It was a mix of amber roses and red Gerber daisies or something similar to that look. My friend received the flowers and sent me a photo. They sent cheap pink carnations and baby's breath in a regular vase. I was so upset because I specifically wanted an autumn pallet and a fun vase for my friend! I reached out to 1800Flowers and they were so kind to fix it and said they will have the flower shop resend.However, the flower shop requested the pink flowers back when they replaced it with a new bouquet. I found that very tacky. The new bouquet they gave her was in a fall palette so I was a little bit happier but it still didn't have a fun vase like I ordered. It's fine at this point, but the entire experience was very unprofessional and my friend and myself were upset by it. When she told me the name of the florist I was in shock because I was actually recommended Rose Palace by my esthetician for my wedding and was going to request a quote. I guess I dodged a bullet.

Overpriced and unprofessionalI always buy flowers from a florist that am happy with but this mother day I didn’t order in advanced so ended up going to this place. Flowers were not fresh and they have no talent or sense to make flower arrangements got a bouquet and ended up baying over $90 and told them of how exactly I wanted it and it came out nothing like what I asked for and when I got home there was no flowers food and I called and they said we don’t put it unless you ask for it ! What !! Spending close to $100 and u can’t leave two packets of flowers food unless I ask !! Had to drive back to get it. Very disappointed I do not recommend this place

We ordered flowers from “Rose Palace” through Avasflowers.net and they had the nerve to send us the smallest tulips. Then when I asked why the picture on the website doesn’t match the flowers they said they don’t usually match. I’ve bought flowers online and they come pretty damn close. The staff was very nice but I think the owner was an Asian woman, who could not care less with a customer who was unhappy with her flowers. Then the owner proceeded to tell me the flowers will get bigger once the bloom. These small pink tulips aren’t getting any bigger. We had also asked for a bow to be added on the vase but that wasn’t there either.Also it’s 2022, please get some modern vases.I would not recommend this shop to anyone!The pink flowers are what they sent for $67 then on top of the shipping and taxes the total was over $100, the yellow are the one I bought from Traders Joes for $12.This is an expectation vs reality situation.

Flowers died in 2 days. Was supposed to replace. Never did. They have lost any more business from me. Do not recommend.

Sent as a gift and very disappointed. Not only were the flowers not what I expected, they insisted on taking them back from the nursing home when I asked 800 Flowers for a replacement. The second bouquet, delivered 3 days later, was not much better.
