The UPS Belleville, NJ store does not deserve any starts. Terrible customer service. That store does not provide any service expert packing at all. The description Is very deceiving. The owner along with his young staff member were not customer service friendly at all - did not want to help - where trying to do the minimal possible in packing. Had to monitor the packaging. Plus their site has 20% off packaging items - the owner did not want to honor what was on his UPS site. Will not go to Belleville UPS store again. Plus will be reporting that store to corporate franchise. Horrible experience. Their license franchise should be revoked.

This store is fantastic! I’ve been a customer for over seven years. When I heard the store was being sold, I was unsure about what to expect. However, the new owners and employees are incredible. They are friendly and welcoming, taking the time to engage and explain everything thoroughly.
I was away from the store for a couple of months due to personal reasons, and they reached out to check on me and stayed in touch until I returned. I’m a people person, and so is everyone in the store! Thank you for being amazing and providing excellent customer service!

The new owners that took over this location are amazing. It seems it is family owned and all workers are respectful, courteous and friendly.
This location offers much more than UPS, they offer fax, notary and passport photo service.

Every visit to the UPS Store in Belleville has been fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always goes the extra mile. What makes this location stand out is their impressive tech know-how and patience with unique requests. I needed to print an email from my phone with specific formatting—text centered at the top and lines spaced just right. The employees jumped in, guided me through the process, and ensured everything came out perfectly. Their expertise and helpfulness make every experience seamless. Highly recommend this UPS Store for top-notch service, whether for shipping, printing, or any extra assistance you need!

I needed to borrow the tape from them just to tape my package. It was on taped. They refused to give it to me.
They were super rude about it
It was just ridiculous. I just wanted to borrow a piece of tape to tape my Amazon return

I went to five different places and nobody could help me or wanted to help me. I came to the store in Belleville on Washington Avenue and they are absolutely amazing. They helped me in less than five minutes and they have a very nice attitude. I will always be coming here from now on
