It is a warehouse with a customer window, not a proper office, Opening hours are the worst. I don’t get why this window even exists instead of redirecting it to any real USPS office

They need to update details on website/google. ANYWHERE in addition to the laminated piece of paper on the door. Where is the USPS professionalism? Who is in charge?

Historically, they’ve always been awful and unhelpful. Recently as of the past few months? I feel as though they’re just throwing my mail in the garbage at this point. I didn’t know how much I missed receiving junk mail until this Annex stopped sending ALL MAIL to my address. My mailbox has been 100% empty for two weeks. Where is my mail? I have important letters and forms for my insurance claims, for promotional testing for my job, for a plethora of other things that are essential. I want to be on their side, knowing how incompetent government at the higher rungs can be, having worked for government myself, but they may as well save my tax money and the federal budget by placing cardboard cutouts of postal workers around the building than paying people to sit there and do nothing besides lose peoples’ mail. Disgusting disservice. Do better.

The stuff doesn't want to help or even look into what we are for and want us to run away. i went there twice for the same problem, but no one answered.the hours need to be updated

This place feels abandoned, like a post-war zone—dirty and chaotic. There's no one around to assist, and if you're fortunate enough to encounter an employee, their only focus seems to be dismissing you rather than offering any help. :(

Lazy, inconsiderate workers who do nothing and will avoid delivering packages with stupid excuses. They don’t answer phones or emails and are open 2 hours a day despite what it says on listings. The worst of the worst and has been reported numerous times to Washington.

I understand when you’re busy there are priorities, but how can you tell someone give me a minute and be gone for over 10 minutes when I can tell there’s nothing going on. This is absolutely unacceptable. People have things to do and places to be and you’re only open from 12-2 for customers !

I never left the one star but you only have 2 hours of service Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 to 2:00 where most people work these times is absolutely the least to say stupid...

so the office hours are customer service hours are only from 12 PM to 2 PM Tuesday through Friday but for some reason, they decided to have a meeting during this time. The door is open, but no one is here to deal with the customers.
