Worst experience ever! Today I wanted to spend some quality time with my daughter by having a nail day. Both of us were super excited for a relaxing pampering kinda of day. I made an appointment first thing in the morning for the afternoon. We showed up promptly ten minutes before our appointment, we were asked to have a seat. We sat for 45 minutes past our appointment time. I sat down to get my nails done first with the man who seemed as if he was already having a bad day. I explained to him what i wanted as well as provided a picture of the nails I wanted. He put the tip on and just began to cut them down without asking me how long or short I wanted. After I explained they were shorter than I wanted he told me it was too late. He than speed through the acrylic and file process. He than painting them a color I did not like (three coats of gel) super thick. I asked for a different color and he puff off find a color I may like better . Once I picked the new color he put right on top of the other three coats of the color I didn’t like. Now at the point the polish is super thick and looking extremely messy and uneven. Once I view them when they were completed they were all different shapes length and I was highly disappointed but kept my opinion to my self in fear I’d be over charged if I complained. In the meantime my daughter was seated to have her nails done. Also with picture provided. The tech she was seated with is someone who has done her nails before so she was excited for the experience only for the woman to do only half of her nails to than pass her off to the miserable man that had done my nails. He proceeded to start to file the shape off her nails that she was already happy with. She than asked for just a clear coat instead of a color polish and he puffed about it. She than requested an extra line on the design that she requested. He jumped up and yelled you have wait for the girl to do them and stomped away speaking loudly in his language. We than waited another 20 minutes for the lady to be available to complete her nails. (while waiting for the girl he than took another customer and asked my daughter to move) Once they were completed I paid and tipped them both even though this has to be one of the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I went to another salon who was more than happy to fix my nails. They reshaped and Repolished them beautifully I Do not recommend this place, Run in the other direction unless you enjoy paying for an extremely unpleasant experience.

I dont post reviews on businesses but If I can give a 0 I would! I will never go back to this salon again! I went to go get my toe nails done and I had an issue the way my nails were shaped and I couldn’t! Get it the way I wanted so the lady comes back to me and said nobody can accommodate the way u want your nails done! The owner should want to make ur customers as pleased as possible so they charged me $10 for nothing to be really done and never shaped it how I wanted it and I said if I’m paying a lot of money for my nails I want it how I want it! So she said don’t even pay just don’t come back! Don’t have an issue how u want ur shape or they will treat u like trash instead of pleasing there customers! Oh this isn’t the first time I was unhappy I just gave the opportunity to try them but again I’m not pleased! Never again!

It’s a shame I love love getting my nails done there for 5 years I started to get my 4 year old granddaughter nails done there also she loved it I always got her gel recommended by the lady who said it lasted longer was charged 10 dollars BUT yesterday I was charged 20 dollars for a 4 year old lil girl nails crazy when I got a full set acrylic with gel nail polish for $40 didn’t say anything yesterday because there was a lot of people didn’t want to upset my granddaughter but two people who heard that price said that’s way to much for a kid I just smiled and walked out I call today the man was very nice put the lady on the phone she was like that’s the price I told her I have been getting her nails done with me for at least 4 times before at it’s always been 10 dollars she so no it’s 20 so we will be looking for a different place to go to it’s crazy I did follow three of your nail tech to your place thanks for your time Barbaranne Hoffman sad to say goodbye. The Next Day My Tech talked to the owner and they was very nice and solved the issue and we are all good thank you guys I’ll be back ?

OMG where do I start?!? They kicked me out in the middle of a full set because I told the technician that my acrylic was too thin! Her response was " I'm doin my job and the acrylic is fine! I mangle them look natural." I said well they are too thin one bang and it will break." She caught an attitude, told me did they break yet no...then said she don't wanna do my nails no more! All because I said I want them thicker! THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! DONT CARE WHAT YHE CUSTOMER WANTS SMH

Absolutely amazing! Vi is the best. She does amazing work and is truly great at what she does. I’ve never been happier with my nails. Everyone is so accommodating, great place!

Truly terrible quality nails. Had to ask to re-file nails multiple times as there were sharp edges left every time. Nails still have sharp edges as I left but honestly just gave up trying. Nail polish is all of skin and cuticles. Absolutely won't be returning.

If i could give a zero i would, so rude and wouldn’t do my daughters nails because she wouldn’t hold her hand out flat but still had it on the table.

I’ve been going for years, and I would think things changed, but everytime the male at the front desk is so rude, disrespectful and the lines are long always. Doesn’t speak to the customers respectfully.

I walked in and he told me to sit down. I said how long am I supposed to wait he said an hour. No way- why would you sit somebody down and NOT tell them if they have to wait 60 minutes to get their eyebrows waxed? Common sense, gave me attitude when I told him I wasn’t willing to wait. Try to be nicer to people next time. Sometimes your type of behavior isn’t necessary and maybe you’ll learn one day.

Minus one star for not giving a proper greeting.Beside that, great technician. She checks all boxes. Nail look great and the spa peddi was awesome.Not cheap!
