“I had to open a new account as I was moving to west coast. Monique Mitchel is the BEST, she had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. I had to go back as I was having trouble seeing my accounts on line and she was there for me. Would definitely recommend Wells Fargo and Monique, she was awesome!”
“My home branch. I actually like going to this one. There are two ATMs--one drive-up and one inside the bank, and both are open 24/7. It's also really conveniently located off of the jug handle for the shopping center and has its own designated parking lot, with a clockwise flow around the bank for traffic (drive-up amenities are in the back, along with more parking). The floor space is ample and there is a comfortable waiting lounge and four or five offices for BoA representatives if you want to talk about a loan or something. The tellers are friendly and efficient and I have never had a problem with customer service at this branch. This branch (as with most BoA locations) has good walk-in hours, too, and is open until 6PM on weeknights and until 1PM on Saturdays.”

“The food as excellent quality-wise and I would be given it a higher score if it weren't for the service aspect of the dining experiences. We were a party of four and for some reason it took the staff almost 30 minutes to bring out the fourth entree. Inexcusable. Otherwise, an enjoyable experience.”
