I am a current medical patient there and picked up some edible products this past weekend. When I went to use one of the products I noticed it was expired. I checked the dates of the other products and another one was near expiration (12 days from date of purchase). This is not the first time I've gotten product close to expiration. In the past it's been vape pens, so word to the wise, don't make the mistake of trusting whoever picks your order, check expiration dates before leaving the store. They do have a 7 day return policy for defective products, and in this case I was told expired products are considered defective, however it's a 40 minute drive each way which is totally inconvenient. Also there is no guarantee that an equivalent product will be available. I called their number which seems to be a call center and was told a representative from my specific dispensary location would call me to let me know what replacement options were in stock, and no one called. The cost of the replacement wasn't worth the time, gas and mileage it would take to make the transaction so I just took the loss. As a side note for those wondering why go to a place so far away? When you are a medical cannabis patient you have to register with the dispensary you go to and at the time this one was the closest. The option of closer dispensaries are quite low but I will be transferring to one of them. The only nice thing I can say is a few of the bud tenders are quite knowledgeable but good luck finding one of them.

Store hours are advertised as 8am-9pm. I showed up last night at 7:30pm and was not allowed inside. I was told they had too many people and had to have them out by 8pm. If that's the case then don't advertise your hours as open till 9pm!!! The guy at the door was so rude! Will take my business elsewhere ... half the products are terrible anyway.

It’s obvious the people the shop here never been to a good dispensary. This place is severely overpriced. Between the prices and the taxes you pay it’s robbery. Out of state dispensaries you can get products for a quarter of what they asking for here at curaleaf with way less taxes.

Not really a good place to spend your hard earned money. The product they sell is not good at all. They are way overpriced and do not help you at all if you want to make a return or have purchased a bad product. My recent visit today was horrible as I spent $50 on a vape that does not even work and yet they won't help you return or replace it at all. Buy or be ware.

Great store, great business. Every state must hop on board! I only gave a 3 star review because it is very frustrating standing in the recreational line waiting with everyone else, and only having a select number of workers assisting us. Pretty much every time I go there, the medical budtenders are not busy, especially compared to the rec line. I'm sure there are reasons why they don't have medical budtenders help the rec tenders, but I'm sure there is a way to make the lines more efficient and be more considerate of our time.
