I had no issues. Unlike the Bucks County one, this one is pretty large and had a decent amount of people for a rainy Saturday.I only stayed about hour but grabbed a few items for $5. For comparison, one of t-shirts in my hand would have normally cost $4.99 in the regular Goodwill. So, the prices are virtually a steal.People did pounce on the new bins but not in an overbearing way. The worker there does loudly let everyone know the ground rules and people seemed to heed her words and play nice. Everyone seemed to just move around each other. No fighting over stuff. The people with the most sense of urgency seemed to be there for the non-clothing items, if that makes people a little less intimidated. I dug without too many people in my general space most of the time. The staff were fine. The teen or possibly young adult at the register looked bored, but was nice enough.I would return with the time to dig on my hands.

I sure didn't expect it to be like dumpster diving. Could at least go through it first and get rid of the trash. It was gross and I'll never go back.

I really do not understand why people criticize this place. My children have named it the Dump of Goodness. It is not clean and it is not supposed to be! It is an outlet store and you only pay by the pound. They do not have time to go through the items one by one!! I go here almost every day and I enjoy purchasing books, toys and lots of other goodies. Most people are very kind, but sure you get a jerk once in awhile. When they switch the bins it is a little chaotic, but it has gotten so much better than it used to be. If you like going on a treasure hunt then this place is for you. Just bring a few bags and some gloves and you'll be in for some fun.

Came with my dad and we had a good time. Some of the reviews and articles online had me nervous it’d be a bunch of resellers pushing people and hogging items but it really wasn’t like that. Everyone was friendly prior to the bin rotation and I actually made good conversation with two other shoppers. When the bins were switched it was certainly hectic but everyone seemed to maintain a certain level of respect for each other’s space. Ladies working the checkout were nice and sociable too. Got a cart full of stuff for $37, we will definitely be returning!

I have been to many goodwill outlets, many different cities.THIS location IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST.All bins and items in bins are filthy dirty, absolutely disgusting, .. The managers/ owner should be ashamed and embrassed..

It was great. Definitely better than the one in New Castle in my opinion.

The way people are allowed to act in here is ridiculous. The manager states no speed walking but they all speed, block you with their carts, and aggressively dig. The regulars get the in on the bins with the managers, the one manager working today signaled “4” to a regular, who then whispered to all her friends “ there are 4 of them”… how is that fair to everyone else? It’s crazy the way people act over literal junk. Pushing, shoving, some people filled their carts without even looking at the items. Its like a riot every-time the bins are changed. I felt like I was in a stimulation or a tv show of hoarders vs resellers.

Very grody blue bins. Some had literal trash in them. Won’t be coming back.

Good place although when I went there wasn’t much clothes. And when new stuff were put out people just raced and grabbed everything specially the shoes and they would grab the whole entire bin. Personally I go to the bins to find affordable clothing. I feel like most of the people there are resellers. It’s obvious just sad that people in need may not get the chance to grab necessary clothing because others are greedy. Not sure if I would go again the people that shop there are just unreasonable and embarrassing. The workers were friendly and doing their jobs. It really is the resellers that ruin it for everyone else.

UNBELIEVABLE! We stopped in on our way to get to the turnpike after visiting our son at school. Parking lot was busy and people were coming out with carts full of stuff, but when we walked in I couldn't believe what I saw! BINS?! They looked like troughs that cattle would eat at and I'm sure that's what it must look like when the store is crowded, which even with the cars in the lot it really looked dead inside. Had it been like others have said, people pushing and shoving we would never have gone in. We have a thrift store in town that is very organized with clothes on racks signs saying women's, men's etc, but here to have to rummage through bins is ridiculous. A total sh*t house.

Not worth the 1.79 per pound. Get better deals on temu, shein, and even Amazon.

First time ever being at a goodwill outlet.. soon as I walked in I didn’t know all the rules just went in to look at furniture and was immediately yelled at by an employee to back away and go to the other side and wait cus they were changing out the long blue bins. I had no idea I’ve never been there before. She said u have to wait or you’ll be kicked out for the day. Never have I ever went in a store and was talked to like that. Maybe u should have signs with the rules as soon as u walk in. That’s better then being yelled at.
