“I purchased a AC Power Supply for my Personal Oxygen Concentrator, and after a few months it quit working while still under warranty. Holistic Care Supplies sold me the accessory for my POC, and when I let them know I had a problem with it, they were so helpful in supplying me with a replacement. Their communication with me was excellent, and they put me at ease that there would be a remedy. I'm dependent on supplimental Oxygen and had to use oxygen tanks, since I could not charge the batteries fir my POC. This company came through for me, and they did exactly what I hoped for. I am so happy they did, because I am back using my POC, which is much better than carrying tanks when I was out of the house. This company is reliable, and this customer is very happy with their customer service!! D. Long, Amarillo, TX”

“Came in looking for a mobility scooter for my friend, and Tony took great care of us. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent throughout the process. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that he also does shoe repair and custom work. He did an excellent job restoring my favorite pair of oxfords. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work. I’m glad I found this business and highly recommend it.”

“I cannot say enough great things about Laser Service Solutions and their professionalism. I had an issue with my laser over a holiday weekend, and they answered my call efficiently. They had a technician out first thing the next morning to make sure I was up and running for my clients. A special thank you to Chris, the technician who came out on such short notice. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and prepared. He arrived with the correct parts, diagnosed, and fixed the issue on the spot. Caroline was equally wonderful. She handled the scheduling and communication so efficiently & made sure everything was taken care of quickly. She truly made the entire process seamless. When you rely on your equipment to help run a business , having a company that you can count on is invaluable. I highly recommend Laser Service Solutions and am so grateful for their exceptional service!”

“I cannot say enough great things about Marlene and the incredible support she has provided our family. She has gone above and beyond to make sure our baby had the formula he needed and that we never had to worry about running out. Marlene was extremely helpful, caring, and proactive throughout the entire process. She worked directly with our insurance company to make sure everything was handled properly and that our son received what he needed without unnecessary delays. Having a baby’s needs taken care of can be stressful, but Marlene made such a huge difference with her dedication, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile. We are truly grateful for all of her help and the compassion she has shown our family. Thank you, Marlene, for providing such amazing support!”

“First thing, This is not a retail store. no sales to the public. They are great for supplying to those in greater needs then retail. I found what we needed here when other Supply Companies didn't have the products we needed. they are more that friendly taking your order, answering questions and knowing their inventory. Reaching out by phone is the best option to find availability on your needs.”
