If I could give 0 stars, I would. Rented a truck for pick up at 10 am at facility in Bellmawr, NJ. Waited 25 minutes and no one ever showed up. Thank God Penske has great customer service, as they were able to quickly transfer my reservation to another location to pick up immediately.
