My delivery appointment changed from 11/30/23 9.30am to 12/4/23 10.00am. 53' full dry van. Fork lift guy "PAT"very nice. He was able to unload me on my original appointment. Definitely come back.

I give it zero out of zero because the supervisor treated me badly for a very small confusion, it seems that they do not have space to receive it even when it arrives with Traile because I stayed behind waiting for someone to come let me know to enter the place where I followed the instructions when I entered the supervisor came to me above and he treated me with dishonest words because I told him that if he got angry P.M. I was going to deliver another

If I can give a negative score I would! WB Mason has probably the worst delivery guy in the company! Jacob apparently never follows any directions on where to deliver the office supplies and loves to just chat with our employees instead of just dropping off the order and leaving. He calls it "milting time" I don't know about WB Masons policy however my employees have enough to do other than "milk time". Very Disappointed!

Please save yourself the frustration and heart ache of using WB Mason for any of your furniture needs. Not only is their sales process challenging, but we ordered three HON desks for my office. Two of them showed up damaged. After waiting far to long for a new top for one and new leg for the other, I just was told WB Mason will not be installing the replacement parts, that is on the end user. They would be happy to furnish a quote to fix the parts which arrived damaged... worst customer service/complete lack of caring.

Arrived at 830 to deliver a load of furniture. Took until 10 for them to decide to unload it 1230 I finally am empty. Warehouse was filthy and a fire trap with a full dumpster right by the door!

Shout out to my Customer Service rep Angela!!! Angela is the best when it comes to customer service for us. I can hear her smile on the other end of the phone and she is always willing to get the job done for me. Jake is our sales rep and he is great also!
