Kind of nice until you attempt to get discounts. Always talking on the phone and not paying attention. Not once have I been there and they are in deep conversation with the earpiece. Every clerk will equally make it a priority to avoid letting you redeem rewards for free drinks and such. They also never give me punches on my app for the free 7th drink program and forget about it if you are due for an 7th. SYTEM ERROR. Also when you challenge them they get really nasty. It’s very clear that every effort is made to not participate. Even when the opportunity to get a discount if you want to redeem points comes up on the screen they quickly bypass it and when you try to make them do it they say it’s a system error. ?

Purchased two gift cards with my credit card and ID. Owner was nervous and I allowed him to take a picture of my ID. He then retroactively had the company cancel the cards causing me hours on the phone to get my $1000 back. Very shady

I made the mistake of thinking I could get a cup of hot chocolate while I waited for the train. I find the cups, and start the hot chocolate machine. Hot water came out, no chocolate. So I figured ok maybe a cappuccino, hot water came out. Now I decide to just get a coffee. That machine spit out what looked dark enough to be coffee! Then I couldn't find the kids. I asked the clerk where they were, he was nasty and short with me. So I found a lid and paid for my coffee. When I got back to the train station and took a sip, it was hot milk and water. Never again will I visit that particular 7-11

They don't pay out on lottery and machine is always down when you want to cash in and the test of the time it is said to be down when you just saw them use it.

My teenage daughter went there to buy a soda (8/25, 12:30 PM), the manager threatened her to call police and checked her bag.(found nothing!)It was our first experience outside New York. Is it cause my daughter was not white? Feel sorry for these people!

Stopped at this 7-11 to get a full tank of gas at 4 in the am on my way to work. I asked the guy at the pump if I could use the bathroom and he told me to go inside, once I got in the guy in the register refused to let me use it. I mentioned the fact that I was a paying customer getting gas and I even offered to buy something in the store and still denied me the bathroom. He said and I quote “I don’t care if you’re getting gas, that has nothing to do with the bathroom”. Horrible experience, never have I been treated this way before.
