As I tried a sip of a flavor at the slurpee station I did not like it so I went to get rid of my cup and look for something else but there was a woman who screamed making me pay for something I just tried because that’s what everyone else was doing. Then she made me buy a cup… EMPTY CUP and I spent $3 for nothing at all.

I’m so thankful to have such a nice 7-11 so close to home. The guys working are always cleaning something or rearranging something to make the experience better for the customer. It’s something you wouldn’t really expect to see in a convenience store, but the workers really do care and it shows. By far the cleanest 7-11 I have ever stepped foot in. They’re also very friendly and I feel as though I’ve made friends with all of the workers over the past few years. Walking into this 7-11 feels like walking into home. Thanks guys your community loves you

customer service is awesome and staff is co-operative quick service and the owner is very nice while responding to customers good luck to whole team and 7-11 keep up the customer service

the lady there is rude and prejudiced. ok so my bf was in his swimsuit and shirt and only had his wallet so he had no pockets, no method of stealing. i was in my bikini with a towel wrapped around me and had my wallet and phone. within two minutes of us being in the store some lady comes up shouting at us to leave saying our “time was up” when we hadn't been there more than two or three minutes and saying “i know what youre trying to do” implying we had tried to steal. we had no method of stealing as our hands were full of our own wallets and phones. food packaging was broken and they scanned my boyfriends items multiple times so he paid more than he should have. i bought mango and it was spongey and weird. horrible place. awful 7-11. what is even the point of owning a 7-11 in a popular place if you’re going to be so unnecessarily rude. my cashier was super kind however!

Does not participate in Free Slurpee Day! Really taking advantage of the people who show up, and then feel obligated to buy something so they didn’t waste the trip/gas.

The manager/owner here is insane. He got mad at me for trying a new flavor slurpee and started screaming across the store saying that is not allowed and that I’m making him lose money? When I confronted him, his eyes looked like they were about to pop out of his head. Truly insane and unstable. I’m surprised he didn’t call the cops on me because he’s known for doing that when he doesn’t like a customer. I would recommend going to the other 711 stores in Belmar and avoid this one unless you want to confront a lunatic.

Bad service, I bought a telephone cable and it didn't work in my car after 1 minute. I went back and didn't want to exchange it for another one, terrible service, I bought a bagel with butter and only bread arrived. I don't recommend it, lots of complainers

My old cellphone got inactive and it was not working and I've to use my 7-11 app to redeem points and without the app I can't redeem so I've gone to one of your stores at Belmar located at the beach 801 ocean Ave and he helped me to merge the points from old phone to a new phone number as I've just got this phone number activated today he called customer service and solved my query within 20 Mims and I'm highly appreciated that your company employee Mohammed is co-operative and friendly we need this kind of people in every store Goodluck and God. Bless everyone
