From my very first conversation with Liam, he took the time to listen to what was important to me and maintained a high level of communication throughout the entire process. The finance team worked quickly to get my financing approved, and since I was coming from out of state, the team even helped coordinate my transportation to the dealership.
When I arrived, Karen gave me a warm welcome and even ordered breakfast for me. The car was prepared and ready for my test drive, Gina had all of the paperwork ready to go and walked me through everything, and Danny took the time to give me a complete walkthrough of the technology and features of my 911 Turbo.
Lastly, I want to recognize the management team — Franky, Jason, and Patrick. They were transparent, straightforward, and worked with me to get the deal done quickly and smoothly.
I’ve owned 7 Porsches, so I’ve had my share of dealership experiences, and I can honestly say this was one of the best. The level of communication, hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail from beginning to end was amazing.

“I’m extremely happy with the work they did on my car. From start to finish, they were very professional and paid close attention to every detail. The car came out looking perfect, and you can really see the care and quality they put into their work.
JC and Megan were always extremely attentive, helpful, and professional every time I spoke with them. They kept me informed throughout the process and were always available to answer my questions, which made the whole experience much easier.
The repair did take a little longer than originally estimated, but that was completely outside of their control. There were delays in getting some of the necessary Toyota parts delivered. What really impressed me was how they handled the situation — they made sure I wasn’t inconvenienced and even covered the additional rental car expenses caused by the delay. I really appreciated that level of customer service.
After picking up the car, I noticed one small detail with the spacing between the door and the fender. I contacted them, and they were immediately attentive and told me to simply choose the best day to bring the car back so they could make the adjustment.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the quality of the repair and the way I was treated throughout the entire process. They clearly care about their customers and take pride in getting every detail right. A special thank you to JC and Megan for being so helpful and attentive throughout the process. Simple problem with my car and the trailer hitch that they said required 3 hours of diagnostics. And then they said it might not last but didn’t advise me to get a new system except on the bill!
After a follow up discussion with Kevin at Monmouth Truck he has worked with us for a mutual agreement on the cost of the work.
