“Talk about a hometown bank. Manasquan Bay Head branch has been helping me for 30 or more years when I needed help. Especially when I am on the road or vacationing. I could call them from anywhere (and I have) about any banking problem I have and it is as if I were talking to a family member. That's how comfortable I am with the staff. “The tellers are very friendly and they make you actually male you want to bank at the bank. It's very clean in the inside and when I need to speak to somebody besides a teller I only wait less than 5 minutes every time. Everything is always explained to me very clearly when opening a new account or a business account or money market account etc. I would recommend this bank for anybody in the general area because they are very accurate friendly and most of all convenient. Very professional staff that actually know what they are talking about ?.”

“I went to Citizens Bank on the corner of Liberty and Broadway in Long Branch and had a chat with a Mr. James Stewart about moving my account from PNC BANK to Citizens Bank reason being it is walking distance from where I reside. He was incredibly helpful, patient and gave me the most honest and sound advice that a banker care to give. I say above and beyond the call of duty. I was highly impressed with him and mentioned that he should be a trainer for the rest of the representatives in the system. I hope that he remains there as he is a great asset to that branch. Or any other branch for that matter.”
