“I had to take my father the bank to add my name to his bank account on Saturday. He is in the early stages of dementia. (Just in case). From the time l walked in were welcomed by security and received excellent service from the counter and then from a supervisor. I will never forget my experience here. Keep up with the awesome work.

“I went to Neptune, NJ branch today to withdraw money, and there was hardly anything in there. I went inside to ask what happened to the check I deposited 5 days ago.
Alona who was at the counter as a teller when I first came in was able to ask us how she could help us as soon as the line got shorter. I told her I wanted to know happened to my check I deposited on Thurs and I don't know why my receipt said commercial deposit.
I told her I put my acct number on the back of my check, signed it and asked the guy at a different branch to deposit it into my checking account.
Sitting there sweating though the branch was cool cause I didn't know where's my money, she said that doesn't look right, oh I know what they did ? she showed me the deposit slip, asked me a few questions, filled out 2 slips and told me she will correct it & deposit it back into my account and will be back.
Apparently at the branch on W. Main St in Freehold, the teller cashed the check & deposited back into the acct of who the check was from.
