I’m delighted to see what an improvement,The CVS in Belmar has shown. The Pharmacist is delightful and immediately comes to the counter when he sees you begin to get in line, although there was really no line today, which was New Year’s Eve. I didn’t see any of the previous issues that I saw in the past and I highly recommend the CVS for your prescription needs

This place is the worst. The pharmacist is so rude. She won't even come to the front and so you have to say your personal info like birthday out loud for everyone to hear. When I asked if I can come back to pick it up, she didn't even let me finish my question and yelled 'Sit down!!! Wait for 20 minutes!'. What is this place, the DMV?!!!

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. No one picks up the phone at the pharmacy. Waited 30 minutes and then someone picked up and hung up. Terrible service.

Was rudely told that the drive through was closed despite the posted hours on the drive through window. The asshole pharmacist didn't give me a chance to explain that I was picking up a prescription for paxlovid, I didn't want to go in the store because I didn't want to infect anyone, so I left. Good news is I don't have Covid. More good news is that a new cvs is about to open in Manasquan. I've been poorly treated at this cvs before, this was the last time they get the chance to abuse me. BTW, I'm a ten year cvs customer. The pharmacy staff needs to be cleaned out.

1 star is generous for this unreliable pharmacy. I rarely get to pick up RXs in the drive-thru because it's always closed - the excuses include out to lunch, no staff, Covid testing only, etc. They should not advertise this location as a drive-thru since they consistently fail to provide service during the posted hours.

The pharmacist Joe is the rudest person . If you are not happy with your job then leave it. I was in line way before their lunch hour. i looked at my clock as he was telling everyone to leave in the nastiest way. The girl told me i was fine and as i was the next person up he said to close the gate on me . it was 1:29. it takes 30 sec to grab my script. You still would have been under your 1:30 lunch time Joe. It's all in the delivery buddy. I also noticed as being a nasty rude person he could not even look any one in the eyes. lol. The girl that was ringing up was so embarrassed . GET RID of that guy. I am moving all my scripts somewhere else

This was the worst experience!!! Don't ever go there!!! The pharmacist was rude and yelling about lack of staffing. They were supposed to open at 9:00 but did not open until almost 9:15. The pharmacist was heard yelling loudly- was rude!!!! So unprofessional!

Staff is over-worked and often treated without any consideration by the entitled segment.But; they consistently their job quickly and accurately, and even give smiles to customers whom deserve...(less).Keep up the good work:CVS shoud be proud to employ this group!

Worst run store I have ever been in. You have to wait hours for a prescription to be ready. The people are rude. They charged me $53 for a generic antibiotic. When I got home, I checked my Rx insurance and they did not put it through as they did with the other Rx I got at the exact same time. They said they thought they were saving me money by not going through my insurance. It should have been $10 generic copay with the insurance instead of the $53 they charged me. Will never go back.

Worse run pharmacy - they never have the RX ready even though the automated system confirms. And sometime you don't even get a confirmation because RXs that are called into this pharmacy go into big poly black hole. Go elsewhere.

Literally horrible. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I've been waiting over 30 minutes in the drive thru line to get a covid test and there are several cars in front of me. I know for a fact that these should take no more than 10 minutes. If you have no choice but to get a test here...I suggest coming an hour before your scheduled time.
