I joined the Next Level Fitness family in early 2019 and weighed just under 200lbs. I had recently become engaged and had a goal to get back to the weight I was when I first met my soon wife-to-be.

I love going to the gym! And I don't like gyms! Mark and the staff are great! They want you to do well and give you the attention you need to succeed. They treat you like family and really care about you! Give it a try! You won't be disappointed!

My son took the summer training program. The workouts were fun and challenging. He was visibly more fit at the end of the program and he enjoyed himself!
