You cannot put a price tag on that for me. To keep it short, I scheduled to bring my BMW X5 in for service and Brett brings to my attention that the service I am bringing the car in for is under warranty. “My vehicle came back repaired before expected, purring like a kitten, a small $100 additional problem was discovered but was not fixed pending my approval. Will be prepared within an a hour after I request it be replaced. Every replaced/ broken part and tire neatly stacked and marked for my inspection. All replaced parts/ tires legally disposed of without additional charge to me. Service fees were repaired and seen by myself. I paid the tip in cash from from my pocket directly to the very professional mechanic. All parts were seen by myself .The Large ugly bruise where I broke my arm tissue to assure myself I was indeed awake and not dreaming is healing fast and well. LMAO! I have a new friend and car mechanic. He made a follow up call to me to assure I was satisfied with his work and thank me for me generous gratuity.I, once again, have restored faith in neighborhood business. “Came into Matt’s with a car that was vibrating badly when driven at high speeds. They diagnosed the car as having four bad tires. Not only was the staff polite, not only was the work completed quickly and at a reasonable price, but they took the time to show me the defects in my old tires and explain why the work had to be done. “The attendant at this car wash was very courteous, patient and helpful. It was only the 2nd time we used a car wash facility for our new car. The first time, at a different location, was a disaster, as we were unaware with this new car that there is some type of lock on the vehicle that doesn’t allow the car to move on the tracks when in Neutral. The attendant at Drift was knowledgeable and assisted us without getting impatient. The location also had many free self-vacuuming stations.”

The guys there really do a fantastic job with oil changes and car washes. I’m always impressed with how detail oriented they are. No one’s perfect but these guys are just about there. Just wanted to show some appreciation for how hard they work at what they do, these guys really are dedicated to providing the best.”

“I was “that guy” coming in with an emergency problem with my car loosing coolant. We are here for vacation and leave the next day. Thankfully I had a general idea of what was wrong and they took my car in the morning on a Saturday. These guys were very nice and got me fixed up! It wasn’t a horrible problem but getting me in and out in a day was a blessing. I know asking for a job done “day of” is not nice and I’m thankful they could fit me into their schedule. Totally recommend these guys. They kept my vacation from turning into a huge headache. Even got my oil changed.”
