“Fantastic experience! We had a last minute need for a small storage unit, we walked in and Brenda helped get us set up immediately with a climate controlled unit and we moved our stuff right in. She took the time to explain everything to us so thoroughly, walked us through the location and process, and even welcomed us to coffee and cookies :). The location is so welcoming and clean, every last detail has been thought out, down to the cute flashlight key chains to hold our locker keys. “The first pod had a mildew odor, the second pod seemed newer and in better condition. Drivers we're all excellent and professional. We're seniors and unloading was more difficult for us. If I could do it over again I would hire unloading help. Overall, an excellent, less expensive way to move.”

“I had a nightmare of a move using College Hunks to move my stuff out of 2 pods into my storage unit. They were so bad!! They said they had to leave before they put everything into the storage unit because they realized they did it all wrong and it wouldn’t fit unless they pulled everything out and did it right so they just left me there a70 yr old woman alone with 1/2 my stuff outside the unit and no one to help me. Out comes Kim from Public Storage. She was so kind and helpful. She allowed me to use an empty unit to get the rest of my stuff in with the help of friends and she even said she never saw such a terrible move by movers in her life! Kim saved the day for me! She was my hero! She is so sweet and kind. She is such a lovely person. Kim is a ROCK STAR ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
