I have used Supercuts for about 15 years. This was the last time. Tristan who has previously cut my hair did it so horribly that I went back to talk to him about why. Although he had cut it way too short, almost a buzz cut, and admitted it got 'a bit short', he did not care. It was completely opposite of what I had asked for. But he delivered, he said. 'I came for a haircut, and he cut it!' He told me I could just find another place, he had lots of customers. He was disrespectful and humiliating.
