Stopped in at 11 a.m. and had a really disappointing experience with the woman working the front register. I asked for help finding a supplement and showed her the product on the store’s website that said in stock. She responded in a sarcastic tone, saying, “Well, yeah, it’s not going to tell you the aisle online,” and gave me a look that felt condescending. I calmly asked if she could help me find it and showed her the item on my phone. She scoffed, threw up her hands, and said, “I’m not reading that—you need to tell me what it is so I can look it up.” At that point, I just left. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

People behind the counter, especially Beverly are complete trash. Very inconsiderate with a bad attitude. I definitely do not recommend this Walgreens ( worst experience)!

I think the customer service at the pharmacy has gone downhill since the second stint of rite aid closers. One guy at the counter trying his best to keep up and not keeping me informed of what meds are ready on the app. If they don’t improve I’ll go to one by a hospital 🏥

There services are poor, they are too slow for my liking. Too many employees at the back with just 1 cashier for 10, 15 patients. . The waiting time is too long.

UPFATE THEIR INABILITY TO CARE IS CAUSING ME HEATH PROBLEMS I have had it with this Walgreens , as well as this particular pharmacy . Life is stressful enough especially trying to juggle medical issues . This is not the first mistake they have made filling prescriptions . This time their are temporary closed and I have to call and arrange to transfer one particular prescription over the phone . So I have to call also. I don’t have time to keep calling them on issues that are non issues . The people are nice, but sometimes seem clueless. I am looking to CVS or just get them online .

i went here to get a passport photo today and after waiting for a really long time the lady behind the counter told me that they might not be able to provide me a digital copy because they might not have usb sticks. i pointed to where it said passport photos included free digital copies, and she told me that there would be a qr code i could go to to find a copy of my photo. i'm applying digitally and i only need a digital copy, which i told her. afterwards i tried to check the qr code to confirm it did include a digital copy of my image, but the website was down. i just checked hours later and it's just a link to their passport policy. beyond annoying!

Elderly woman behind the counter was extremely rude to all the customers in the store including myself. She has no business in customer service with her nasty attitude. I used to love this local Walgreens not anymore.

Awful customer service. Walked out of store without being offered receipt. 47 seconds later walked back in to exchange after my wife said I grabbed wrong product. Lady acted like she didn't know me. Then started yelling at me that I didn't have receipt. I just left. Sad. Clearly something wrong with her so I didn't get involved.

Went in for vaccines and got the biggest attitude from the woman giving the shot. Waited for 30 mins and listened to her talk to her coworker about getting her kids back (idk what the context). Then after all of that, she’s the one that made me wait 30 mins and then got crabby with me. And with the Days of our Lives of it all, she stormed off and threw my COVID card and receipt behind her as she left. Maybe she should audition. Clearly she’s missed her calling.

Came in and was greeted immediately. All the workers all greeted my mom and I, and Sean was so helpful and sweet. Better than other Walgreens i’ve been to.

Had a kiddo that had oral surgery yesterday. Dropped off prescriptions at Walgreens Belmar and 22 HOURS LATER they tell me they still are not finished. They complained of being short staffed BUT then refused to release the prescriptions so I could go elsewhere. Really REALLY doesn't seem like they care at all. It will be a cold day in hell before I ever shop Walgreens again
