Mike was such a blessing! We were stranded and the insurance company was taking hours to find someone to tow us. We called Mike and within the hour he found us in the middle of nowhere, and was able to get us going. He also was super proactive in trying to find easy solutions to our problem, and ended up towing us where we needed to go. He was fair in pricing, friendly and true to his word. 10/10. He also knows every best restaurant in the area, we got so many good ideas from him lol!

We were traveling to Pennsylvania to visit family and our car broke down on RT 80 in New Jersey. We looked and tried to find someone to help us. Mikey was on a call when we called him but he said he would circle back when he was done. He was longer than he expected and called us to apologize. My son is a mechanic and told him what was happening. Mikey is also a mechanic and anticipated parts we may need and contacted Advance Auto for us and then, picked up our car and took my son, my daughter in law and myself with the car back to his shop and continued to help us. He arranged for a taxi to take us back home to Connecticut, cheaper than any UBER, waited with us and then said he would have our car home first thing tomorrow morning. When we thanked him and told him what a God send he was, his response was, this is what we are supposed to do; help each other…..Amen

We broke down out of state in PA after traveling to see family. We live in Connecticut and were 2.5 hours from home. Mikey came and picked us and our car up, drove it to his shop where he proceeded to try and fix it for us so we could go home. All while he gave us waters and set us up in the air conditioning knowing we had been trapped in a hot car on the side of the road. After driving us to a local auto parts store, we realized the car was unrepairable at the moment. He then proceeded to find us a local taxi service to drive us all the way home to CT and waited with us until they arrived. He towed our car home all the way back to Connecticut with a smile. This gentlemen was such a blessing and a kind face after such a long stressful day. I could not recommend him enough!

Mike was an absolute lifesaver. Our 9,000+ lb Hummer EV completely died in our driveway, positioned at a difficult angle with Belgian block edging making things even trickier. From the moment he arrived, Mike went above and beyond—trying multiple methods to get the vehicle started in hopes of repositioning it for a smoother tow. When it became clear the only option was to drag it out, he handled the job with incredible care, patience, and precision. He never rushed the process, remained calm and professional throughout, and treated both us and our property with the utmost respect. On top of his expertise, Mike is genuinely a kind and personable guy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in a stressful situation. Highly, highly recommend his services!

Used Mikey D’s to deliver 3 tons of wood pellets. Price was reasonable and the driver, (I believe Logan?) was polite and quickly placed pellet’s exactly where I wanted them. Definitely recommend

Tried to give zero review but google wouldn't let me would have left a negative review if possible, was rudely treated by Mike on the phone. Needed a tow at
6:00 pm about one mile from my home to repair car for work tomorrow. All good said he would be there soon .
So l stayed by the car waiting for him at 6:15, at 7:30 l find out that he would not be coming at all, and believe it or not he told me to leave key to the car on top off the drivers side tire, in the front of a quick check parking lot of all places for anyone to see. Not they could start the car but could still take the keys. I understand you maybe busy but when I told you how much I needed the car your response was " well I won't be able to be there until 10:00 pm " I said ok I'll be waiting ( 4hrs later) then you said o I'm not coming at
10:00 pm. Sorry exuse for a business man. Many other great towing services in the area that l've used I suggest mikes towing service in Washington stews towing in Washington, superior towing is great out of Lebanon. They seem to care more about the costumer , unlike what I experienced from Mike.
