“The pharmacist Trang at this location is top notch. She is one of the good ones left! This lady was thorough, kind, and patient! The ladies behind the counter were great too! You can see everybody works together to get the job done! I’ve been on the phone 2 days to get 2 shots for college entrance. This was the only local pharmacy that picked up the phone, answered questions , and follow through. I might drive from Phillipsburg over here to fill my prescriptions moving forward. Thank you for helping me in this tough situation.”
“LOVE this pharmacy! Such a different experience than dealing with larger chain pharmacies. Real interactions with real people who care. A huge benefit is the "Pill Packs" -- they prepare 4 weeks worth of medications and supplements and twice daily my in-laws just have to open a small blister pack containing their pills. Highly recommend!”

“I had a medication that I didn’t know was ready until yesterday. I was going to pick it up in the afternoon but I got a call about a close friend being on her way to a hospital over an hour away. By the time I finally left there, my gps read that I wouldn’t get to the pharmacy until 15 minutes after they closed. I called and left a voicemail asking if anyone would still be there. A very nice pharmacist named Kelly called me back and said she would stay the extra 15 minutes for me and she did! I can’t thank her enough. I just had to leave a review. ☺️”

“In October 2022 I had my Covid shot. Immediately had pain. …until December…when orthopedic doctor. The nurse put needle in wrong spot. I contacted the manager and he said…that happened to my wife and they haven’t done anything. I wrote Vice President and president letters and still no response. Have medical bills. “Great customer service! I needed cold medicine for hubby and the pharmacist was very helpful. She came out behind the counter and helped me find what he needed.They also have magnifying glasses hanging near the medicine. The miniscule writing is so hard to see, Rite Aid gives their customers a great way to read the medication boxes. Such a simple and helpful idea. They also had a good selection of makeup and nail products. It was clean and organized. Everything I was looking for was easy to find. The prices were okay and they have their own generic brand for extra savings. I was greeted when I entered and when I left. Parking was super easy. Plenty of handicap parking and the parking is close to the entrance. Great overall experience.”
