I had fraud on my card and every single person at this branch was beyond kind, understanding and extremely helpful. Specially Dennis helped me and my husband resolve many of our issues with kindness and professionalism. Will definitely be visiting this branch from here on out for all my banking needs.

The tellers at the Belvidere branch are the best! They work so efficiently and, as a business owner, that means alot! We are always greeted warmly by name with a smile. We cannot express enough how happy we are to do business with them.

Christian is the sweetest teller I have every come across and I have been to many banks. His uplifting attitude is such a pleasure when you enter the bank! He knows exactly how to treat the customer and I appreciate his kindness!
