The checkout lady was extremely rude. I’ve had 2 bad experiences at this particular quickcheck in belvidere with the register women. The first time I was denied purchase of blunt wraps, even though I am 21 and had my valid drivers Liscence available for her to scan . But she said no, would not even make eye contact with me or even look at my id and was being rude about my “baby” appearance. This was about a week ago in the afternoon. Again today the register women was very rude. The self checkout so my boyfriend bought his chips. Then I went to scan my soda and the register wouldn’t work. It was shut off. Then I walked up to the cashier and she walked away and rolled her eyes. Mind you, I’ve never met this women in any encounter in my life. I said hello and she said 2.49$ and scoffed. I paid and left. I hope somebody can please speak to the women on the registers in the afternoon around 6-8pm about these experienced. 0/5 stars
Idk what these workers so mad ab but yall don’t gotta be petty and rude to customers. 🤨😤

3:13 AM and the ability to get anything I need stopped in for gas. Got a great sandwich customized it with whatever I wanted great price and fast, friendly service and a super clean facility. Wow, kind of puts Wawa a shame.

Bought a tuna fish sandwich for $7.00.
Opened it down the road and found out it contained about two tablespoons of tuna fish and a few sprigs of spinach, some slimy. I live locally but will never purchase another food product from this store.

I have been getting fuel and food here since the location opened. Lately it had gone downhill and that’s saying something being that most of the clientele like me are return customers. Today I was refused service while trying to get fuel on a very icy morning. My vehicle slid sideways due to the parking lot being covered in ice and slush. Extremely unsafe and dangerous conditions with no salt or attempts to salt present. The manager refused to allow me to pay and receive fuel stating I “intentionally did a donut” meanwhile people are sliding and falling as they enter the store. Be careful with this location if weather conditions are bad.

Well the sandwich was good but holy LETTUCE. I got a foot long salami pepperoni n cheese with lettuce NOT EXTRA EXTRA LETTUCE. I'm sure if a manager saw this they would be pissed knowing you gave someone a lettuce sandwich lol..I'm just doing this because I hate to see food wasted and I can only imagine! I'll be making a turkey salad for my work lunch now thank you very much Belvidere quick check!

One of the more reliable quick service spots I've visited offers ample space and a well-coordinated cooking team that consistently delivers quality food. However, I've noticed that the cash register area often seems understaffed, which can lead to longer wait times during busy hours. As for the gas station, it has typically been efficient, but during my most recent visits, I've encountered a similar shortage of employees, making the experience less smooth. Overall, it's a decent place, and I'd rate it a solid 3 out of 5.

Well it’s not fine dining and staff is hit or miss. Reading other reviews I will agree they do spend allot of time chatting with one another….But damn I do like the Spicy Italian. Although I had to stop getting oil and vinegar on them. They don’t understand less. In fact I’d asked before hand just a light light drizzle. They do not understand DRIZZLING what they do understand is drowning. As in my sandwich is drowned in oil and vinegar and a sopping mess. So I just go home and add my own Italian dressing problem solved. Oh and the coffee is hit or miss too. Depends on who’s assigned to keep the jugs full.

Not the greatest experience here. I ordered some food, grabbed a drink out of the cooler, and then waited for 15 minutes after paying for my food to be ready. 4 employees were in the kitchen but only one was actually working. The rest were standing around talking and doing nothing.

Today I visited this location and had the worst experience in my life. This is still bothering me so much because I have no clue how to explain this situation to my 7 year old son. We were in the store shopping, mind you we live like 5 min away. My son is as so excited to place an order at the cashier station because he found it very entertaining… we placed the order and went to pick some other Items. When we came back to grab the order we e were the only on s to be instructed to pay for it dirt to lock it up. My son was shopping there before and was wondering why we have to pay first this time? So who have the heart to explain to him that the lady on staff is racist and making a point? I have never felt so embarrassed, mind you I am from Belarus and my son’s father is from Mexico. Iship d at Quick-check for years and never experienced this.

Needed to use the commode. The bowl was full and smears on the seat!
As usual for years, there is no warm water at this facility! Years ago, they had paper towels! They no longer do!
The university of Connecticut put out a study accepted And printed in a medical journal! There is a 6 foot plume of fecal matter whenever the bowl is flushed.
I have not bought any prepared foods or snacks at QuickChek for years!
Whether this speaks to supervision or the work ethic of the persons Employed is anybody’s guess !
