Very disappointing experience. The pharmacy staff came across as condescending and unhelpful. I was never called back to be informed that my medication wasn’t available, and there seemed to be little concern or effort to assist or offer alternatives. Communication and basic customer care were severely lacking.

If I could leave less than a one star review, I would. I was told they could not refill my pain medication after having surgery because they did not have it but yet they didn’t bother to give me a call and let me know that they did not have it. I wasted all that time waiting to hear from them and when asked if they were going to call me and let me know they shrugged it off and lied to me not to mention I’ve had many problems with them in the past I will never use them again.

After 15 years of using rite aid I've had enuff of the rude people that work there,judging by the 1 star reviews its no wonder rite aid is closing,they used to send prescriptions thru the usps and you could get them right in your mailbox or po box in a few days,they won't even do that anymore since rite aid filed for bankruptcy,good thing I have another pharmacy now and they don't give an attitude to a patient..

Every time I go in they never have my deodorant. Because of this, I haven’t used deodorant in several months.

Store is Horribly mismanaged, pharmacy does not answer the phone to be able to speak to anyone in the pharmacy ; if you have a choice go elsewhere .

The staff from the pharmacy are sooooo unprofessional. We are not in the projects for them to speak to people like we are beneath them. Not even a good morning, not even may I have your name or date of birth. They ask “who are you”. This whole pharmacy needs new staff. It’s obvious that if a prescription was sent to them it’s for a reason. Patients are already feeling sick. Nobody wants to deal with their nasty attitude. I have avoided this place for years and unfortunately, I had an emergency and I had to come here. Their sarcasm, rudeness, attitude etc is disgusting. Nobody wants their nasty behavior. Please avoid this place. Get your prescription elsewhere.

Rx are miserable and disrespectful, told me to go to a different place. Because they couldn’t find my medication they told me the day before they had ready for me.

I don't know what guy they had answering the pharmacy phone this morning but he couldn't have been more rude and clearly had zero customer service skills. I asked about the cash price of a medication and he had no idea what I was talking about, then just either left the phone on the counter or just stopped talking/responding to me for long periods of time. For my first time calling this pharmacy it was an extremely poor experience.

The pharmacist Trang at this location is top notch. She is one of the good ones left! This lady was thorough, kind, and patient! The ladies behind the counter were great too! You can see everybody works together to get the job done! I’ve been on the phone 2 days to get 2 shots for college entrance. This was the only local pharmacy that picked up the phone, answered questions , and follow through. I might drive from Phillipsburg over here to fill my prescriptions moving forward. Thank you for helping me in this tough situation.

I moved here approximately 3 years ago and dam if I could remember names! But from the pharmacist to the people behind the counter such nice and helpful people! They close their pharmacy for only 1/2 hour they should take an hour for lunch to regroup I think! Anyway thank you for being there! Hats off to you peeps very stressful but you folks are excellent

Rite aid is a great pharmacy but they do not carry everything I want and can be expensive

Staff is always pleasant and willing to help the customer. There outdoor items are always priced right. There is always a good sale in the Store.
