Car wash is horrible! Had no problem raising the price but the actual machine that takes the money is a joke can't even see the screens! Half the buttons dont work the right side dryer hardly works. 45 seconds is not enough time. Little money and maintenance would help. It's called upkeep

Was having problems with my vehicle to where I wasn’t running correctly working Rick and Andrew thoroughly checked over my vehicle to make sure that they got it running the way it’s supposed to run. I will definitely be back and I appreciate all their service I would recommend them to anybody.

CAR WASH DAMAGED MY VEHICLE. Brushes and cloth were not clean when I went through and as a result my windshield is scratched and chipped so badly it needs to be replaced. Other windows and paint also damaged to lesser degree. This outdated car wash is anything but “soft touch.” I spoke with a man from the garage and showed him the damage. He completely dismissed the possibility that their car wash had damaged my vehicle and refused to accept any responsibility. He walked away and left me standing there. If you value your vehicle and wallet do yourself a favor and walk away from Steckel’s. The icing on the cake was the wash was poor quality and didn’t even get my vehicle clean. No one goes to a car wash expecting to emerge with damaged glass and paint. What a mess.

Needed a used car evaluation and they got me in right away, did a through evaluation and pointed out all the pluses and minus’s of the vehicle. Even tightened a few loose bolts. Andrew was awesome! If we were locals this would be our new shop!

I'm a relatively new customer at Steckel's but members of my family have been going to Steckel's for quite some time now. They're not a big organization, but so far I've seen that their pros have taken really good care of our vehicles for many years. Their staff are professionals, their pricing are reasonable, but what is important is that we trust them with all of our automotive services and repair needs, and as long as they continue to treat us respectfully and fairly we will continue to remain loyal to their business.
