“I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this shop and cannot recommend them enough. After being told by another place that I needed a full transmission replacement, I came here for a second opinion and I am so glad I did.
They took the time to actually inspect my transmission properly, explained everything clearly, and immediately put me at ease. They were honest, knowledgeable, and never tried to scare or upsell me. They found that my transmission was in great condition and that the real issue was simply old, low transmission fluid.
They serviced the transmission, replaced the filter, topped off the fluid, and charged me a very fair price. My car has been running smoothly ever since with no noise at all.
It’s rare to find a shop that is this honest, patient, and genuinely cares about their customers. They saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of stress. I will absolutely be returning here for future work and recommending them to everyone I know. I also want to put a special shout out for Al he was super sweet throughout the whole process and eased my mind on all of this!”

“Have taken my vehicles to Puleo’s for wheel and tire swaps on multiple vehicles over the last 6 years. Everyone I have worked with has been very friendly and the service provided done has been excellent. I will keep coming here for my car care needs.”
“Great service they were extremely busy but made time to do a quick repair on my car when they didn’t have to I would definitely recommend going to them for your car services”
“I've never needed transmission work done before, but at 190k miles my Escape faulted. Bob at Roxbury was direct, fair and easy to work with. My tow, my mechanic and friends all suggested Roxbury to me without knowing i'd made the choice.
The work was started and complete exactly when I was told it would be when I asked for a the estimate.
My thanks to Bob, Kim and everyone who made my first experience such a good one.”
