Came in for a cold canned coffee drink, and decided on a 6.5 oz. Starbucks Espresso & Cream. At first, I thought it was $3.29 because that was the shelf tag price under the item, but then I looked closely and saw that the correct tag was one spot over, posted as $3.39. Only ten cents more; no biggie. But when I tried to buy it, the cashier scanned it for $3.79 plus tax. I tried to explain that the price was wrong, but he kept insisting that the register was correct. English was not his first language, so as I continued to protest, he decided to get his supervisor. The supervisor was not much more helpful. After I told him to check the price on the shelf, I decided I'd better go check on him because of the misleading placement of the tags on that shelf. Sure enough, he was about to tell me that I was looking at the wrong price tag, but I cut him off and showed him the right tag was $3.39. (Funny how he got confused by his own incorrectly placed shelf tag.) He explained that somebody must have forgotten to update the price and that it was now $3.79. I said, "So you're not going to sell it to me for $3.39?" He said no, and I said,"Then I don't want it", and I left. I drove up the road to a Walgreens where I found the exact product for - get this - $3.29. And when I bought it at the Walgreens, they didn't even charge me tax. I've worked many years in retail, and when our posted price was incorrect, we almost always, without fail, would honor that posted price. I don't know why this supervisor would want to risk me writing a bad review, or calling the regional manager, or boycotting his store over 40 cents.

The workers are so nice and so courteous but I find that the money order machine is always down towards the end of the night which is so annoying other than that they're awesome

I appreciate your care for your business as the owner with the black Mercedes or manager whomever. I too run an manage a retail office. As a new comer to the area of Bergenfield just want to message you to further express concerns on you approaching me to notify me that you will tow my car having bought my lunch at your 711 for second day in a row having spend my money buying merchandise in this location only to be told my car will be towed. I will be brutally honest with reviewers passing by . After 25 minutes eating my food by my car in the parking lot parked in the very corner angle side of the property. when finished I decide to walk down the street and go to a work acquaintance store called happy daze who owners name is Mike to go say hi quickly having left my car no more than 10 minutes where on 711 property where I just spent more than 20 bucks on food . As walking away guy black amg black mercedes staring at me tells me he will tow my car away. I'm not the bad guy bro. You got the wrong person. The idiots that park their car like one of you review your camera like you did to me aswell right when I was their some guy parked in your lot and went across the street didn't even shop at 711 those the people that sjlhould be booted. Talking about I saw you do the same thing yesterday. So you must saw me eating also and review camera onside 2 days straight buying several items in store. I'm not taking amy revenue from your day to day sales or operations I know this. Not the bad guy ...

Employees are most of the time when I go on the phone and it’s like you don’t even exist. I find it very rude I’m the customer I deserve respect. For that they should put self check out.

Everytime I go in there as a paying customer, they stare me down like Im going to steal. Then the other day I went in for a coffee and he tried to tell me how to make the coffee. Then he said I was rude to him for saying pleases I don't need help making my coffee, then he wanted to call the cops. These people have no Idea how to operate a business.

Very disappointed. My 8 yr old daughter found out about slurpee day and insisted on going to a get a free one because it was 7/11. To our surprise the machines were conveniently out of service. Really? On 7/11? One of the worker said "come back tomorrow." I didn't say anything and just walked out of the store with a very disappointed child.

Went there Sunday 15th May bought two bottles of replenish pomegranate acai opened one and drank some..I noticed a peculiar taste and smell awful don't know what it is and I thought it was me I opened second bottle it was fine.i buy this brand all the time don't know what it is I still have the bottle it smells rancid what should I do?it's now Monday I bought them at 711 in Bergenfield I go here everyday please let me know what to do I hope I don't get sick

I love my 7-eleven store located on Midland ave in Paramus NJ. I look forward to saying hello to the staff each morning as I rush to get a large cup of my favorite coffee. Your coffee is so great.
