One of the bank employees "TJ" proactively handled the situation by coming out to my vehicle and explaining what was going on and then continued absolutely fantastic customer service, following up with me after the tube was cleared and my deposit was completed. TJ turned what was a difficult situation (depositing company funds) into a very positive experience for me with his customer service.”

“I'm giving this 5 stars because this is the last BOA in Bergenfield and we can't afford to lose it or we will have to drive far away and waste time & gasoline just to access our bank.Used to be 3 BOA branches in Bergenfield. First they closed the branch downtown. Then they closed the branch on the side street parallel to downtown. Now this is the last branch and it's on the far edge of town, inconvenient for most Bergenfield residents but way better than no branch.This branch has 2 ATM drive thru lanes and one indoor ATM. All are open 24 hours. The ATMs are using modern hardware with fast & responsive touch screens, quick response times after clicking each button and fast overall transaction times.The employees inside are super friendly and helpful. Always clean inside too.My only suggestion is to please open a new branch in the center of Bergenfield so it will be the easiest for every resident to reach with the least travel time and less traffic lights/train waiting times.”

“I've been with this bank since they were Fleet Bank, over 20 years now and I have no major complaints. The tellers are necessary for certain transactions so it makes perfect sense to me (as opposed to the previous reviewer) and I am thankful that they are always friendly and very efficient. If I need to make a same day appointment I can do that online and then come in at the scheduled time or just do it as a walk in and I am taken care of quickly. The 2nd drive thru window is great as well, cuts down on the wait. What I don't like is the need to put in the card and pin over and over again when doing more than one transaction at the ATM, that is frustrating and wastes time. But I think other banks may have similar systems. Overall this is a great bank.”
